Jeremías 16

Nadie ofrecerá el pan del consuelo a los que estén de luto, ni les darán a beber de la copa del consuelo, ni siquiera por la muerte de su padre o de su madre.

Ni por ellos partirán pan por luto, para consolarlos de sus muertos; ni les darán á beber vaso de consolaciones por su padre ó por su madre.

Neither shall men tear themselves for them in mourning, to comfort them for the dead; neither shall men give them the cup of consolation to drink for their father or for their mother.

Men won’t break bread for them in mourning, to comfort them for the dead. Men won’t give them the cup of consolation to drink for their father or for their mother.
