Ya que sus hijos se han acordado de sus altares dedicados a los ídolos, y de sus bosques, y de los árboles frondosos que hay en los altos montes,

y ofrecen sacrificios en los campos; yo entregaré al saqueo tu hacienda, y todos tus tesoros y tus lugares excelsos en que adoras a los ídolos, por causa de los pecados cometidos por ti, ¡oh Judá!, en todas tus tierras.
¡Oh mi montaña! tu hacienda en el campo y todos tus tesoros daré á saco, por el pecado de tus altos en todos tus términos.
O my mountain in the field, I will give thy substance and all thy treasures to the spoil, and thy high places for sin, throughout all thy borders.

Y quedarás despojada de la herencia que te había yo dado; y te haré esclava de tus enemigos en una tierra desconocida de ti, porque tú has encendido el fuego de mi indignación, que arderá eternamente.
Y habrá en ti cesación de tu heredad, la cual yo te dí, y te haré servir á tus enemigos en tierra que no conociste; porque fuego habéis encendido en mi furor, para siempre arderá.
And thou, even thyself, shalt discontinue from thine heritage that I gave thee; and I will cause thee to serve thine enemies in the land which thou knowest not: for ye have kindled a fire in mine anger, which shall burn for ever.

Esto dice el Señor: Maldito sea el hombre que confía en otro hombre, y no en Dios, y se apoya en un brazo de carne miserable, y aparta del Señor su corazón.
Así ha dicho Jehová: Maldito el varón que confía en el hombre, y pone carne por su brazo, y su corazón se aparta de Jehová.
Thus saith the LORD; Cursed be the man that trusteth in man, and maketh flesh his arm, and whose heart departeth from the LORD.
The LORD says: “Cursed is the man who trusts in man, relies on strength of flesh, and whose heart departs from the LORD.
Porque será semejante a los tamariscos o retama del árido desierto, y no se aprovechará del bien cuando venga, sino que permanecerá en la sequedad del desierto, en un terreno salobre e inhabitable.
Pues será como la retama en el desierto, y no verá cuando viniere el bien; sino que morará en las securas en el desierto, en tierra despoblada y deshabitada.
For he shall be like the heath in the desert, and shall not see when good cometh; but shall inhabit the parched places in the wilderness, in a salt land and not inhabited.
For he will be like a bush in the desert, and will not see when good comes, but will inhabit the parched places in the wilderness, an uninhabited salt land.
Al contrario, bienaventurado el varón que tiene puesta en el Señor su confianza, y cuya esperanza es el Señor.
Bendito el varón que se fía en Jehová, y cuya confianza es Jehová.
Blessed is the man that trusteth in the LORD, and whose hope the LORD is.
“Blessed is the man who trusts in the LORD, and whose confidence is in the LORD.
Porque será como el árbol transplantado junto a las corrientes de las aguas, el cual extiende hacia la humedad sus raíces, y así no temerá la sequedad cuando venga el estío. Y estarán siempre verdes sus hojas, y no le hará mella la sequía, y jamás dejará de producir fruto.
Porque él será como el árbol plantado junto á las aguas, que junto á la corriente echará sus raices, y no verá cuando viniere el calor, sino que su hoja estará verde; y en el año de sequía no se fatigará, ni dejará de hacer fruto.
For he shall be as a tree planted by the waters, and that spreadeth out her roots by the river, and shall not see when heat cometh, but her leaf shall be green; and shall not be careful in the year of drought, neither shall cease from yielding fruit.
For he will be as a tree planted by the waters, who spreads out its roots by the river, and will not fear when heat comes, but its leaf will be green, and will not be concerned in the year of drought. It won’t cease from yielding fruit.
Pero ¡ah!, perverso y falaz es el corazón de todos los hombres, e impenetrable: ¿quién podrá conocerlo?
Engañoso es el corazón más que todas las cosas, y perverso; ¿quién lo conocerá?
The heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately wicked: who can know it?
The heart is deceitful above all things and it is exceedingly corrupt. Who can know it?
Yo el Señor soy el que escudriña los corazones, y el que examina los afectos de ellos, y doy a cada uno la paga según su proceder y conforme al mérito de sus obras.
Yo Jehová, que escudriño el corazón, que pruebo los riñones, para dar á cada uno según su camino, según el fruto de sus obras.
I the LORD search the heart, I try the reins, even to give every man according to his ways, and according to the fruit of his doings.

Como la perdiz que empolla los huevos que ella no puso, así es el que junta riquezas por medios injustos, a la mitad de sus días tendrá que dejarlas, y al fin de ellos se verá su insensatez.
Como la perdiz que cubre lo que no puso, es el que allega riquezas, y no con justicia; en medio de sus días las dejará, y en su postrimería será insipiente.
As the partridge sitteth on eggs, and hatcheth them not; so he that getteth riches, and not by right, shall leave them in the midst of his days, and at his end shall be a fool.
As the partridge that sits on eggs which she has not laid, so is he who gets riches, and not by right. In the middle of his days, they will leave him. At his end, he will be a fool.
¡Oh trono de gloria del Altísimo desde el principio , lugar de nuestra santificación!
Trono de gloria, excelso desde el principio, es el lugar de nuestro santuario.
A glorious high throne from the beginning is the place of our sanctuary.

¡Oh Señor, esperanza de Israel!, todos los que te abandonan quedarán confundidos; los que de ti se alejan, en el polvo de la tierra serán escritos, porque han abandonado al Señor, vena de aguas vivas.
¡Oh Jehová, esperanza de Israel! todos los que te dejan, serán avergonzados; y los que de mí se apartan, serán escritos en el polvo; porque dejaron la vena de aguas vivas, á Jehová.
O LORD, the hope of Israel, all that forsake thee shall be ashamed, and they that depart from me shall be written in the earth, because they have forsaken the LORD, the fountain of living waters.

Sáname, Señor, y quedaré sano; sálvame y seré salvo; pues que toda mi gloria eres tú.

He aquí que ellos me están diciendo: ¿Dónde está la palabra del Señor? Que se cumpla.
He aquí que ellos me dicen: ¿Dónde está la palabra de Jehová? venga ahora.
Behold, they say unto me, Where is the word of the LORD? let it come now.
Behold, they ask me, “Where is the LORD’s word? Let it be fulfilled now.”
Mas yo no por eso me he turbado siguiendo tus huellas, ¡oh pastor mío!, pues nunca apetecí día o favor de hombre alguno; tú lo sabes. Lo que anuncié con mis labios fue siempre recto en tu presencia.
Mas yo no me entrometí á ser pastor en pos de ti, ni deseé día de calamidad, tú lo sabes. Lo que de mi boca ha salido, fué en tu presencia.
As for me, I have not hastened from being a pastor to follow thee: neither have I desired the woeful day; thou knowest: that which came out of my lips was right before thee.
As for me, I have not hurried from being a shepherd after you. I haven’t desired the woeful day. You know. That which came out of my lips was before your face.
No seas, pues, para mí motivo de temor tú, ¡oh Señor, esperanza mía en el tiempo de la aflicción!
No me seas tú por espanto: esperanza mía eres tú en el día malo.
Be not a terror unto me: thou art my hope in the day of evil.
Don’t be a terror to me. You are my refuge in the day of evil.
Confundidos queden los que me persiguen, no quede confundido yo; teman ellos, y no tema yo; envía sobre ellos el día de la aflicción, y castígalos con doble azote.
Avergüéncense los que me persiguen, y no me avergüence yo; asómbrense ellos, y yo no me asombre: trae sobre ellos día malo, y quebrántalos con doble quebrantamiento.
Let them be confounded that persecute me, but let not me be confounded: let them be dismayed, but let not me be dismayed: bring upon them the day of evil, and destroy them with double destruction.

Esto me dice el Señor: Ve y ponte a la puerta más concurrida de los hijos del pueblo, por la cual entran y salen los reyes de Judá, y en todas las puertas de Jerusalén ;
Así me ha dicho Jehová: Ve, y ponte á la puerta de los hijos del pueblo, por la cual entran y salen los reyes de Judá, y á todas las puertas de Jerusalem,
Thus said the LORD unto me; Go and stand in the gate of the children of the people, whereby the kings of Judah come in, and by the which they go out, and in all the gates of Jerusalem;
The LORD said this to me: “Go and stand in the gate of the children of the people, through which the kings of Judah come in and by which they go out, and in all the gates of Jerusalem.
y les dirás a todos: Oíd la palabra del Señor, ¡oh reyes de Judá!, y tú, pueblo todo de Judá, y todos vosotros ciudadanos de Jerusalén que entráis por estas puertas,
Y diles: Oid la palabra de Jehová, reyes de Judá, y todo Judá, y todos los moradores de Jerusalem que entráis por estas puertas.
And say unto them, Hear ye the word of the LORD, ye kings of Judah, and all Judah, and all the inhabitants of Jerusalem, that enter in by these gates:
Tell them, ‘Hear the LORD’s word, you kings of Judah, all Judah, and all the inhabitants of Jerusalem, that enter in by these gates:
mirad lo que dice el Señor: Cuidad de vuestras almas; y no llevéis cargas en día de sábado, ni las hagáis entrar por las puertas de Jerusalén .
Así ha dicho Jehová: Guardaos por vuestras vidas, y no traigáis carga en el día del sábado, para meter por las puertas de Jerusalem;
Thus saith the LORD; Take heed to yourselves, and bear no burden on the sabbath day, nor bring it in by the gates of Jerusalem;
The LORD says, “Be careful, and bear no burden on the Sabbath day, nor bring it in by the gates of Jerusalem.
Ni hagáis en día de sábado sacar cargas de vuestras casas, ni hagáis labor alguna; santificad dicho día, como lo mandé a vuestros padres.
Ni saquéis carga de vuestras casas en el día del sábado, ni hagáis obra alguna: mas santificad el día del sábado, como mandé á vuestros padres;
Neither carry forth a burden out of your houses on the sabbath day, neither do ye any work, but hallow ye the sabbath day, as I commanded your fathers.
Don’t carry a burden out of your houses on the Sabbath day. Don’t do any work, but make the Sabbath day holy, as I commanded your fathers.
Mas ellos no quisieron escuchar, ni prestar oídos a mis palabras; al contrario, endurecieron su cerviz para no oírme, ni recibir mis documentos.
Mas ellos no oyeron, ni inclinaron su oído, antes endurecieron su cerviz, por no oir, ni recibir corrección.
But they obeyed not, neither inclined their ear, but made their neck stiff, that they might not hear, nor receive instruction.

Con todo, si vosotros me escuchareis, dice el Señor, de suerte que no introduzcáis cargas por las puertas de esta ciudad en día de sábado, y santificareis el día sábado, no haciendo en él labor alguna,
Será empero, si vosotros me obedeciereis, dice Jehová, no metiendo carga por las puertas de esta ciudad en el día del sábado, sino que santificareis el día del sábado, no haciendo en él ninguna obra;
And it shall come to pass, if ye diligently hearken unto me, saith the LORD, to bring in no burden through the gates of this city on the sabbath day, but hallow the sabbath day, to do no work therein;
It will happen, if you diligently listen to me,” says the LORD, “to bring in no burden through the gates of this city on the Sabbath day, but to make the Sabbath day holy, to do no work therein;
seguirán entrando por las puertas de esta ciudad los reyes y los príncipes, sentándose en el trono de David, y montando en carrozas y caballos, así ellos como sus príncipes o cortesanos, los varones de Judá y los ciudadanos de Jerusalén , y estará esta ciudad para siempre poblada.
Que entrarán por las puertas de esta ciudad, en carros y en caballos, los reyes y los príncipes que se sientan sobre el trono de David, ellos y sus príncipes, los varones de Judá, y los moradores de Jerusalem: y esta ciudad será habitada para siempre.
Then shall there enter into the gates of this city kings and princes sitting upon the throne of David, riding in chariots and on horses, they, and their princes, the men of Judah, and the inhabitants of Jerusalem: and this city shall remain for ever.
then there will enter in by the gates of this city kings and princes sitting on David’s throne, riding in chariots and on horses, they and their princes, the men of Judah and the inhabitants of Jerusalem; and this city will remain forever.
Y vendrán de las otras ciudades de Judá, y de la comarca de Jerusalén , y de tierra de Benjamín, y de las campiñas, y de las montañas, y de hacia el mediodía a traer holocaustos, y víctimas, y sacrificios, e incienso, y lo ofrecerán en el templo del Señor.
Y vendrán de las ciudades de Judá, y de los alrededores de Jerusalem, y de tierra de Benjamín, y de los campos, y del monte, y del austro, trayendo holocausto y sacrificio, y ofrenda é incienso, y trayendo sacrificio de alabanza á la casa de Jehová.
And they shall come from the cities of Judah, and from the places about Jerusalem, and from the land of Benjamin, and from the plain, and from the mountains, and from the south, bringing burnt offerings, and sacrifices, and meat offerings, and incense, and bringing sacrifices of praise, unto the house of the LORD.
They will come from the cities of Judah, and from the places around Jerusalem, from the land of Benjamin, from the lowland, from the hill country, and from the South, bringing burnt offerings, sacrifices, meal offerings, and frankincense, and bringing sacrifices of thanksgiving to the LORD’s house.
Pero si no me obedeciereis en santificar el día del sábado, y en no acarrear cargas, ni meterlas por las puertas de Jerusalén en día de sábado, yo pegaré fuego a estas puertas, fuego que devorará las casas de Jerusalén , y que nadie apagará.
Mas si no me oyereis para santificar el día del sábado, y para no traer carga ni meterla por las puertas de Jerusalem en día de sábado, yo haré encender fuego en sus puertas, y consumirá los palacios de Jerusalem, y no se apagará.
But if ye will not hearken unto me to hallow the sabbath day, and not to bear a burden, even entering in at the gates of Jerusalem on the sabbath day; then will I kindle a fire in the gates thereof, and it shall devour the palaces of Jerusalem, and it shall not be quenched.
But if you will not listen to me to make the Sabbath day holy, and not to bear a burden and enter in at the gates of Jerusalem on the Sabbath day, then I will kindle a fire in its gates, and it will devour the palaces of Jerusalem. It will not be quenched.”’”
