Jeremías 18

Dies ist das Wort, das geschah vom HERRN zu Jeremia und sprach:

LA palabra que fué á Jeremías de Jehová, diciendo:

Mache dich auf und gehe hinab in des Topfers Haus; daselbst will ich dich meine Worte horen lassen.

Levántate, y vete á casa del alfarero, y allí te haré oir mis palabras.

Arise, and go down to the potter’s house, and there I will cause thee to hear my words.

Und ich ging hinab in des Topfers Haus; und siehe, er arbeitete eben auf der Scheibe.

Y descendí á casa del alfarero, y he aquí que él hacía obra sobre la rueda.

Then I went down to the potter’s house, and, behold, he wrought a work on the wheels.

Und der Topf, so er aus dem Ton machte, miftriet ihm unter den Handen. Da machte er wiederum einen andern Topf, wie es ihm gefiel.

Y el vaso que él hacía de barro se quebró en la mano del alfarero; y tornó é hízolo otro vaso, según que al alfarero pareció mejor hacerlo.

And the vessel that he made of clay was marred in the hand of the potter: so he made it again another vessel, as seemed good to the potter to make it.

Da geschah des HERRN Wort zu mir und sprach:

Entonces fué á mí palabra de Jehová, diciendo:

Kann ich nicht auch also miteuch umgehen, ihr vom Hause Israel, wie dieser Topfer? spricht der HERR. Siehe, wie der Ton ist in des Topfers Hand, also seid auch ihr vom Hause Israel in meiner Hand.

¿No podré yo hacer de vosotros como este alfarero, oh casa de Israel, dice Jehová? He aquí que como el barro en la mano del alfarero, así sois vosotros en mi mano, oh casa de Israel.

O house of Israel, cannot I do with you as this potter? saith the LORD. Behold, as the clay is in the potter’s hand, so are ye in mine hand, O house of Israel.

“House of Israel, can’t I do with you as this potter?” says the LORD. “Behold, as the clay in the potter’s hand, so are you in my hand, house of Israel.

Plotzlich rede ich wider ein Volk und Konigreich, daß ich's ausrotten, zerbrechen und verderben wolle.

En un instante hablaré contra gentes y contra reinos, para arrancar, y disipar, y destruir.

At what instant I shall speak concerning a nation, and concerning a kingdom, to pluck up, and to pull down, and to destroy it;

Wo sich's aber bekehret von seiner Bosheit, dawider ich rede, so soli mich auch reuen das Ungluck, das ich ihm gedachte zu tun.

Empero si esas gentes se convirtieren de su maldad, de que habré hablado, yo me arrepentiré del mal que había pensado hacerles.

If that nation, against whom I have pronounced, turn from their evil, I will repent of the evil that I thought to do unto them.

Und plotzlich rede ich von einem Volk und Konigreich, daß ich's bauen und pflanzen wolle.

Y en un instante hablaré de la gente y del reino, para edificar y para plantar;

So es aber Boses tut vor meinen Augen, daß es meiner Stimme nicht gehorcht, so soli mich auch reuen das Gute, das ich ihm verheiften hatte zu tun.

Pero si hiciere lo malo delante de mis ojos, no oyendo mi voz, arrepentiréme del bien que había determinado hacerle.

If it do evil in my sight, that it obey not my voice, then I will repent of the good, wherewith I said I would benefit them.

So sprich nun zu denen in Juda und zu den Burgern zu Jerusalem: So spricht der HERR: Siehe, ich bereite euch ein Ungluck zu und habe Gedanken wider euch; darum kehre sich ein jeglicher von seinem bosen Wesen und bessert euer Wesen und Tun.

Ahora pues habla luego á todo hombre de Judá, y á los moradores de Jerusalem, diciendo: Así ha dicho Jehová: He aquí que yo dispongo mal contra vosotros, y trazo contra vosotros designios: conviértase ahora cada uno de su mal camino, y mejorad vuestros caminos y vuestras obras.

Now therefore go to, speak to the men of Judah, and to the inhabitants of Jerusalem, saying, Thus saith the LORD; Behold, I frame evil against you, and devise a device against you: return ye now every one from his evil way, and make your ways and your doings good.

“Now therefore, speak to the men of Judah, and to the inhabitants of Jerusalem, saying, ‘The LORD says: “Behold, I frame evil against you, and devise a plan against you. Everyone return from his evil way now, and amend your ways and your doings.”’

Aber sie sprechen: Da wird nichts aus! Wir wollen nach unsern Gedanken wandeln und ein jeglicher tun nach Gedunken seines bosen Herzens.

Y dijeron: Es por demás: porque en pos de nuestras imaginaciones hemos de ir, y hemos de hacer cada uno el pensamiento de su malvado corazón.

And they said, There is no hope: but we will walk after our own devices, and we will every one do the imagination of his evil heart.

But they say, ‘It is in vain; for we will walk after our own plans, and we will each follow the stubbornness of his evil heart.’”

Darum spricht der HERR: Fragt doch unter den Heiden, wer hat je desgleichen gehoret, daß die Jungfrau Israel so gar greulich Ding tut?

Por tanto, así dijo Jehová: Preguntad ahora á las gentes, quién tal haya oído. Gran fealdad ha hecho la virgen de Israel.

Therefore thus saith the LORD; Ask ye now among the heathen, who hath heard such things: the virgin of Israel hath done a very horrible thing.

Therefore the LORD says: “Ask now among the nations, ‘Who has heard such things?’ The virgin of Israel has done a very horrible thing.

Bleibtdoch derßchnee langeraufden Steinen im Feide, wenn's vom Libanon herab schneiet, und das Regenwasser verschieftt nicht so bald, als mein Volk mein vergiftt.

¿Faltará la nieve del Líbano de la piedra del campo? ¿faltarán las aguas frías que corren de lejanas tierras?

Will a man leave the snow of Lebanon which cometh from the rock of the field? or shall the cold flowing waters that come from another place be forsaken?

Will the snow of Lebanon fail from the rock of the field? Will the cold waters that flow down from afar be dried up?

Sie rauchern den Gottern und richten Argernis an auf ihren Wegen fur und fur und gehen auf ungebahnten Straften,

Porque mi pueblo me ha olvidado, incensando á la vanidad, y hácenles tropezar en sus caminos, en las sendas antiguas, para que caminen por sendas, por camino no hollado;

Because my people hath forgotten me, they have burned incense to vanity, and they have caused them to stumble in their ways from the ancient paths, to walk in paths, in a way not cast up;

For my people have forgotten me. They have burned incense to false gods. They have been made to stumble in their ways in the ancient paths, to walk in byways, in a way not built up,

auf daß ihr Land zur Wuste werde, ihnen zur ewigen Schande, daß, wer vorubergehet, sich verwundere und den Kopf schuttele.

Para poner su tierra en desolación, y en silbos perpetuos; todo aquel que pasare por ella se maravillará, y meneará su cabeza.

To make their land desolate, and a perpetual hissing; every one that passeth thereby shall be astonished, and wag his head.

to make their land an astonishment, and a perpetual hissing. Everyone who passes by it will be astonished, and shake his head.

Denn ich will sie durch einen Ostwind zerstreuen vor ihren Feinden; ich will ihnen den Rücken und nicht das Antlitz zeigen, wenn sie verderben.

Como viento solano los esparciré delante del enemigo; mostraréles las espaldas, y no el rostro, en el día de su perdición.

I will scatter them as with an east wind before the enemy; I will shew them the back, and not the face, in the day of their calamity.

Aber sie sprechen: Kommt und laftt uns wider Jeremia ratschlagen; denn die Priester konnen nicht irren im Gesetz, und die Weisen konnen nicht fehlen mit Raten, und die Propheten konnen nicht unrecht lehren. Kommt her, laftt uns ihn mit der Zunge totschlagen und nichts geben auf alle seine Rede!

Y dijeron: Venid, y tracemos maquinaciones contra Jeremías; porque la ley no faltará del sacerdote, ni consejo del sabio, ni palabra del profeta. Venid é hirámoslo de lengua, y no miremos á todas sus palabras.

Then said they, Come, and let us devise devices against Jeremiah; for the law shall not perish from the priest, nor counsel from the wise, nor the word from the prophet. Come, and let us smite him with the tongue, and let us not give heed to any of his words.

Then they said, “Come! Let’s devise plans against Jeremiah; for the law won’t perish from the priest, nor counsel from the wise, nor the word from the prophet. Come, and let’s strike him with the tongue, and let’s not give heed to any of his words.”

HERR, habe acht auf mich und hore die Stimme meiner Widersacher!

Oh Jehová, mira por mí, y oye la voz de los que contienden conmigo.

Give heed to me, O LORD, and hearken to the voice of them that contend with me.

Give heed to me, LORD, and listen to the voice of those who contend with me.

Ist's recht, daß man Gutes mit Bosem vergilt? Denn sie haben meiner Seele eine Grube gegraben. Gedenke doch, wie ich vor dir gestanden bin, daß ich ihr Bestes redete und deinen Grimm von ihnen wendete!

¿Dase mal por bien, para que hayan cavado hoyo á mi alma? Acuérdate que me puse delante de ti para hablar bien por ellos, para apartar de ellos tu ira.

Shall evil be recompensed for good? for they have digged a pit for my soul. Remember that I stood before thee to speak good for them, and to turn away thy wrath from them.

So strafe nun ihre Kinder mit Hunger und laft sie ins Schwert fallen, daß ihre Weiber ohne Kinder und Witwen seien, und ihre Manner zu Tode geschlagen und ihre junge Mannschaft im Streit durchs Schwert erwurget werden,

Por tanto, entrega sus hijos á hambre, y hazlos derramar por medio de la espada; y queden sus mujeres sin hijos, y viudas; y sus maridos sean puestos á muerte, y sus jóvenes heridos á cuchillo en la guerra.

Therefore deliver up their children to the famine, and pour out their blood by the force of the sword; and let their wives be bereaved of their children, and be widows; and let their men be put to death; let their young men be slain by the sword in battle.

daß ein Geschrei aus ihren Hausern gehoret werde, wie du plotzlich habest Kriegsvolk uber sie kommen lassen. Denn sie haben eine Grube gegraben, mich zu fahen, und meinen Füften Stricke gelegt.

Oigase clamor de sus casas, cuando trajeres sobre ellos ejército de repente: porque cavaron hoyo para prenderme, y á mis pies han escondido lazos.

Let a cry be heard from their houses, when thou shalt bring a troop suddenly upon them: for they have digged a pit to take me, and hid snares for my feet.

Und weil du, HERR, weiftt alle ihre Anschlage wider mich, daß sie mich toten wolien, so vergib ihnen ihre Missetat nicht und laft ihre Sunde vor dir nicht ausgetilget werden. Laft sie vor dir gestürzt werden und handle mit ihnen nach deinem Zorn!

Mas tú, oh Jehová, conoces todo su consejo contra mí para muerte; no perdones su maldad, ni borres su pecado de delante de tu rostro: y tropiecen delante de ti; haz así con ellos en el tiempo de tu furor.

Yet, LORD, thou knowest all their counsel against me to slay me: forgive not their iniquity, neither blot out their sin from thy sight, but let them be overthrown before thee; deal thus with them in the time of thine anger.

Yet, LORD, you know all their counsel against me to kill me. Don’t forgive their iniquity. Don’t blot out their sin from your sight, Let them be overthrown before you. Deal with them in the time of your anger.
