Jeremías 18

Und der Topf, so er aus dem Ton machte, mißriet ihm unter den Händen. Da machte er wiederum einen andern Topf, wie es ihm gefiel.

Levántate, y vete á casa del alfarero, y allí te haré oir mis palabras.

Arise, and go down to the potter’s house, and there I will cause thee to hear my words.

Kann ich nicht auch also mit euch umgehen, ihr vom Hause Israel, wie dieser Töpfer? spricht der HERR. Siehe, wie der Ton ist in des Töpfers Hand, also seid auch ihr vom Hause Israel in meiner Hand.

Plötzlich rede ich wider ein Volk und Königreich, daß ich's ausrotten, zerbrechen und verderben wolle.

Wo sich's aber bekehret von seiner Bosheit, dawider ich rede, so soll mich auch reuen das Unglück, das ich ihm gedachte zu tun.

Entonces fué á mí palabra de Jehová, diciendo:

Und plötzlich rede ich von einem Volk und Königreich, daß ich's bauen und pflanzen wolle.

¿No podré yo hacer de vosotros como este alfarero, oh casa de Israel, dice Jehová? He aquí que como el barro en la mano del alfarero, así sois vosotros en mi mano, oh casa de Israel.

O house of Israel, cannot I do with you as this potter? saith the LORD. Behold, as the clay is in the potter’s hand, so are ye in mine hand, O house of Israel.

“House of Israel, can’t I do with you as this potter?” says the LORD. “Behold, as the clay in the potter’s hand, so are you in my hand, house of Israel.

So es aber Böses tut vor meinen Augen, daß es meiner Stimme nicht gehorcht, so soll mich auch reuen das Gute, das ich ihm verheißen hatte zu tun.

En un instante hablaré contra gentes y contra reinos, para arrancar, y disipar, y destruir.

At what instant I shall speak concerning a nation, and concerning a kingdom, to pluck up, and to pull down, and to destroy it;

So sprich nun zu denen in Juda und zu den Bürgern zu Jerusalem: So spricht der HERR: Siehe, ich bereite euch ein Unglück zu und habe Gedanken wider euch; darum kehre sich ein jeglicher von seinem bösen Wesen und bessert euer Wesen und Tun.

Empero si esas gentes se convirtieren de su maldad, de que habré hablado, yo me arrepentiré del mal que había pensado hacerles.

If that nation, against whom I have pronounced, turn from their evil, I will repent of the evil that I thought to do unto them.

Aber sie sprechen: Da wird nichts aus! Wir wollen nach unsern Gedanken wandeln und ein jeglicher tun nach Gedünken seines bösen Herzens.

Y en un instante hablaré de la gente y del reino, para edificar y para plantar;

Darum spricht der HERR: Fragt doch unter den Heiden, wer hat je desgleichen gehöret, daß die Jungfrau Israel so gar greulich Ding tut?

If it do evil in my sight, that it obey not my voice, then I will repent of the good, wherewith I said I would benefit them.

Bleibt doch der Schnee länger auf den Steinen im Felde, wenn's vom Libanon herab schneiet, und das Regenwasser verschießt nicht so bald, als mein Volk mein vergißt.

Ahora pues habla luego á todo hombre de Judá, y á los moradores de Jerusalem, diciendo: Así ha dicho Jehová: He aquí que yo dispongo mal contra vosotros, y trazo contra vosotros designios: conviértase ahora cada uno de su mal camino, y mejorad vuestros caminos y vuestras obras.

Now therefore go to, speak to the men of Judah, and to the inhabitants of Jerusalem, saying, Thus saith the LORD; Behold, I frame evil against you, and devise a device against you: return ye now every one from his evil way, and make your ways and your doings good.

“Now therefore, speak to the men of Judah, and to the inhabitants of Jerusalem, saying, ‘The LORD says: “Behold, I frame evil against you, and devise a plan against you. Everyone return from his evil way now, and amend your ways and your doings.”’

Sie räuchern den Göttern und richten Ärgernis an auf ihren Wegen für und für und gehen auf ungebahnten Straßen,

Y dijeron: Es por demás: porque en pos de nuestras imaginaciones hemos de ir, y hemos de hacer cada uno el pensamiento de su malvado corazón.

And they said, There is no hope: but we will walk after our own devices, and we will every one do the imagination of his evil heart.

But they say, ‘It is in vain; for we will walk after our own plans, and we will each follow the stubbornness of his evil heart.’”

auf daß ihr Land zur Wüste werde, ihnen zur ewigen Schande, daß, wer vorübergehet, sich verwundere und den Kopf schüttele.

Por tanto, así dijo Jehová: Preguntad ahora á las gentes, quién tal haya oído. Gran fealdad ha hecho la virgen de Israel.

Therefore thus saith the LORD; Ask ye now among the heathen, who hath heard such things: the virgin of Israel hath done a very horrible thing.

Therefore the LORD says: “Ask now among the nations, ‘Who has heard such things?’ The virgin of Israel has done a very horrible thing.

Denn ich will sie durch einen Ostwind zerstreuen vor ihren Feinden; ich will ihnen den Rücken und nicht das Antlitz zeigen, wenn sie verderben.

¿Faltará la nieve del Líbano de la piedra del campo? ¿faltarán las aguas frías que corren de lejanas tierras?

Will a man leave the snow of Lebanon which cometh from the rock of the field? or shall the cold flowing waters that come from another place be forsaken?

Will the snow of Lebanon fail from the rock of the field? Will the cold waters that flow down from afar be dried up?

Aber sie sprechen: Kommt und laßt uns wider Jeremia ratschlagen; denn die Priester können nicht irren im Gesetz, und die Weisen können nicht fehlen mit Raten, und die Propheten können nicht unrecht lehren. Kommt her, laßt uns ihn mit der Zunge totschlagen und nichts geben auf alle seine Rede!

Porque mi pueblo me ha olvidado, incensando á la vanidad, y hácenles tropezar en sus caminos, en las sendas antiguas, para que caminen por sendas, por camino no hollado;

Because my people hath forgotten me, they have burned incense to vanity, and they have caused them to stumble in their ways from the ancient paths, to walk in paths, in a way not cast up;

For my people have forgotten me. They have burned incense to false gods. They have been made to stumble in their ways in the ancient paths, to walk in byways, in a way not built up,

HERR, habe acht auf mich und höre die Stimme meiner Widersacher!

Para poner su tierra en desolación, y en silbos perpetuos; todo aquel que pasare por ella se maravillará, y meneará su cabeza.

To make their land desolate, and a perpetual hissing; every one that passeth thereby shall be astonished, and wag his head.

Ist's recht, daß man Gutes mit Bösem vergilt? Denn sie haben meiner Seele eine Grube gegraben. Gedenke doch, wie ich vor dir gestanden bin, daß ich ihr Bestes redete und deinen Grimm von ihnen wendete!

Como viento solano los esparciré delante del enemigo; mostraréles las espaldas, y no el rostro, en el día de su perdición.

So strafe nun ihre Kinder mit Hunger und laß sie ins Schwert fallen, daß ihre Weiber ohne Kinder und Witwen seien, und ihre Männer zu Tode geschlagen und ihre junge Mannschaft im Streit durchs Schwert erwürget werden,

Y dijeron: Venid, y tracemos maquinaciones contra Jeremías; porque la ley no faltará del sacerdote, ni consejo del sabio, ni palabra del profeta. Venid é hirámoslo de lengua, y no miremos á todas sus palabras.

Then said they, Come, and let us devise devices against Jeremiah; for the law shall not perish from the priest, nor counsel from the wise, nor the word from the prophet. Come, and let us smite him with the tongue, and let us not give heed to any of his words.

Then they said, “Come! Let’s devise plans against Jeremiah; for the law won’t perish from the priest, nor counsel from the wise, nor the word from the prophet. Come, and let’s strike him with the tongue, and let’s not give heed to any of his words.”

daß ein Geschrei aus ihren Häusern gehöret werde, wie du plötzlich habest Kriegsvolk über sie kommen lassen. Denn sie haben eine Grube gegraben, mich zu fahen, und meinen Füßen Stricke gelegt.

Oh Jehová, mira por mí, y oye la voz de los que contienden conmigo.

Give heed to me, O LORD, and hearken to the voice of them that contend with me.

Give heed to me, LORD, and listen to the voice of those who contend with me.

Und weil du, HERR, weißt alle ihre Anschläge wider mich, daß sie mich töten wollen, so vergib ihnen ihre Missetat nicht und laß ihre Sünde vor dir nicht ausgetilget werden. Laß sie vor dir gestürzt werden und handle mit ihnen nach deinem Zorn!

¿Dase mal por bien, para que hayan cavado hoyo á mi alma? Acuérdate que me puse delante de ti para hablar bien por ellos, para apartar de ellos tu ira.

Shall evil be recompensed for good? for they have digged a pit for my soul. Remember that I stood before thee to speak good for them, and to turn away thy wrath from them.

So spricht der HERR: Gehe hin und kaufe dir einen irdenen Krug vom Töpfer samt etlichen von den Ältesten des Volks und von den Ältesten der Priester

Por tanto, entrega sus hijos á hambre, y hazlos derramar por medio de la espada; y queden sus mujeres sin hijos, y viudas; y sus maridos sean puestos á muerte, y sus jóvenes heridos á cuchillo en la guerra.

Therefore deliver up their children to the famine, and pour out their blood by the force of the sword; and let their wives be bereaved of their children, and be widows; and let their men be put to death; let their young men be slain by the sword in battle.

und gehe hinaus ins Tal Ben-Hinnom, das vor dem Ziegeltor liegt, und predige daselbst die Worte, die ich dir sage,

Oigase clamor de sus casas, cuando trajeres sobre ellos ejército de repente: porque cavaron hoyo para prenderme, y á mis pies han escondido lazos.

Let a cry be heard from their houses, when thou shalt bring a troop suddenly upon them: for they have digged a pit to take me, and hid snares for my feet.

und sprich: Höret des HERRN Wort, ihr Könige Judas und Bürger zu Jerusalem! So spricht der HERR Zebaoth, der Gott Israels: Siehe, ich will ein solch Unglück über diese Stätte gehen lassen, daß, wer es hören wird, ihm die Ohren klingen sollen,

Mas tú, oh Jehová, conoces todo su consejo contra mí para muerte; no perdones su maldad, ni borres su pecado de delante de tu rostro: y tropiecen delante de ti; haz así con ellos en el tiempo de tu furor.

Yet, LORD, thou knowest all their counsel against me to slay me: forgive not their iniquity, neither blot out their sin from thy sight, but let them be overthrown before thee; deal thus with them in the time of thine anger.

Yet, LORD, you know all their counsel against me to kill me. Don’t forgive their iniquity. Don’t blot out their sin from your sight, Let them be overthrown before you. Deal with them in the time of your anger.
