Jeremías 18

Das Wort, das an Jirmejahu von Jehovah geschah, sprechend:

LA palabra que fué á Jeremías de Jehová, diciendo:

Stehe auf und gehe in des Töpfers Haus hinab, und da will Ich dich Meine Worte hören lassen.

Levántate, y vete á casa del alfarero, y allí te haré oir mis palabras.

Arise, and go down to the potter’s house, and there I will cause thee to hear my words.

Und ich ging in des Töpfers Haus hinab, und siehe, er tat Arbeit auf der Scheibe.

Y descendí á casa del alfarero, y he aquí que él hacía obra sobre la rueda.

Then I went down to the potter’s house, and, behold, he wrought a work on the wheels.

Und das Gefäß, das er machte, verdarb, wie der Ton unter des Töpfers Hand; und er kehrte um und machte ein anderes Gefäß daraus, wie es in des Töpfers Augen recht war zu tun.

Y el vaso que él hacía de barro se quebró en la mano del alfarero; y tornó é hízolo otro vaso, según que al alfarero pareció mejor hacerlo.

And the vessel that he made of clay was marred in the hand of the potter: so he made it again another vessel, as seemed good to the potter to make it.

Und es geschah Jehovahs Wort an mich, sprechend:

Entonces fué á mí palabra de Jehová, diciendo:

Then the word of the LORD came to me, saying,

Vermag Ich nicht, wie der Töpfer da, mit euch zu tun, ihr vom Hause Israel? spricht Jehovah. Siehe, wie der Ton ist in des Töpfers Hand, so seid ihr in Meiner Hand, Haus Israel.

¿No podré yo hacer de vosotros como este alfarero, oh casa de Israel, dice Jehová? He aquí que como el barro en la mano del alfarero, así sois vosotros en mi mano, oh casa de Israel.

O house of Israel, cannot I do with you as this potter? saith the LORD. Behold, as the clay is in the potter’s hand, so are ye in mine hand, O house of Israel.

“House of Israel, can’t I do with you as this potter?” says the LORD. “Behold, as the clay in the potter’s hand, so are you in my hand, house of Israel.

Im Augenblicke rede Ich über eine Völkerschaft und über ein Königreich, daß Ich es ausreißen und abbrechen und zerstören will.

En un instante hablaré contra gentes y contra reinos, para arrancar, y disipar, y destruir.

At what instant I shall speak concerning a nation, and concerning a kingdom, to pluck up, and to pull down, and to destroy it;

Kehret aber diese Völkerschaft von ihrer Bosheit um, dawider Ich geredet, so gereut Mich des Bösen, das Ich ihm zu tun gedachte.

Empero si esas gentes se convirtieren de su maldad, de que habré hablado, yo me arrepentiré del mal que había pensado hacerles.

If that nation, against whom I have pronounced, turn from their evil, I will repent of the evil that I thought to do unto them.

Und im Augenblick rede Ich über eine Völkerschaft und über ein Königreich, daß Ich es bauen und pflanzen will.

Y en un instante hablaré de la gente y del reino, para edificar y para plantar;

And at what instant I shall speak concerning a nation, and concerning a kingdom, to build and to plant it;

Und tut es, was böse in Meinen Augen ist, daß es nicht auf Meine Stimme hört, so reut Mich des Guten, davon Ich sprach ihm wohlzutun.

Pero si hiciere lo malo delante de mis ojos, no oyendo mi voz, arrepentiréme del bien que había determinado hacerle.

If it do evil in my sight, that it obey not my voice, then I will repent of the good, wherewith I said I would benefit them.

Und nun sprich doch zu dem Manne Jehudahs und zu Jerusalems Bewohnern, sprechend: Also spricht Jehovah: Siehe, Ich bilde Böses wider euch und denke einen Gedanken über euch. Kehre doch um, ein jeder Mann von seinem bösen Weg, und macht eure Wege und euer Tun gut.

Ahora pues habla luego á todo hombre de Judá, y á los moradores de Jerusalem, diciendo: Así ha dicho Jehová: He aquí que yo dispongo mal contra vosotros, y trazo contra vosotros designios: conviértase ahora cada uno de su mal camino, y mejorad vuestros caminos y vuestras obras.

Now therefore go to, speak to the men of Judah, and to the inhabitants of Jerusalem, saying, Thus saith the LORD; Behold, I frame evil against you, and devise a device against you: return ye now every one from his evil way, and make your ways and your doings good.

“Now therefore, speak to the men of Judah, and to the inhabitants of Jerusalem, saying, ‘The LORD says: “Behold, I frame evil against you, and devise a plan against you. Everyone return from his evil way now, and amend your ways and your doings.”’

Sie aber sprechen: Vergeblich! Denn nach unseren Gedanken wandeln wir, und tun ein jeder Mann nach der Verstocktheit seines bösen Herzens.

Y dijeron: Es por demás: porque en pos de nuestras imaginaciones hemos de ir, y hemos de hacer cada uno el pensamiento de su malvado corazón.

And they said, There is no hope: but we will walk after our own devices, and we will every one do the imagination of his evil heart.

But they say, ‘It is in vain; for we will walk after our own plans, and we will each follow the stubbornness of his evil heart.’”

Darum spricht also Jehovah: Fragt doch unter den Völkerschaften: Wer hat solches gehört? Gar Schauerhaftes tut die Jungfrau Israels.

Por tanto, así dijo Jehová: Preguntad ahora á las gentes, quién tal haya oído. Gran fealdad ha hecho la virgen de Israel.

Therefore thus saith the LORD; Ask ye now among the heathen, who hath heard such things: the virgin of Israel hath done a very horrible thing.

Therefore the LORD says: “Ask now among the nations, ‘Who has heard such things?’ The virgin of Israel has done a very horrible thing.

Verläßt auch der Schnee des Libanon vom Felsen Meine Felder? Werden auch die fremden, kalten, rieselnden Wasser ausgerottet?

¿Faltará la nieve del Líbano de la piedra del campo? ¿faltarán las aguas frías que corren de lejanas tierras?

Will a man leave the snow of Lebanon which cometh from the rock of the field? or shall the cold flowing waters that come from another place be forsaken?

Will the snow of Lebanon fail from the rock of the field? Will the cold waters that flow down from afar be dried up?

Dennoch vergißt Meiner Mein Volk und räuchert dem Eitlen; und sie lassen sie straucheln auf ihren Wegen, den ewigen Fußpfaden, zu gehen auf Steigen, einen ungebahnten Weg.

Porque mi pueblo me ha olvidado, incensando á la vanidad, y hácenles tropezar en sus caminos, en las sendas antiguas, para que caminen por sendas, por camino no hollado;

Because my people hath forgotten me, they have burned incense to vanity, and they have caused them to stumble in their ways from the ancient paths, to walk in paths, in a way not cast up;

For my people have forgotten me. They have burned incense to false gods. They have been made to stumble in their ways in the ancient paths, to walk in byways, in a way not built up,

Daß sie ihr Land zur Verwüstung machen, zum Gezische ewiglich, daß jeder, der vorüberzieht, erstaune und den Kopf schüttle.

Para poner su tierra en desolación, y en silbos perpetuos; todo aquel que pasare por ella se maravillará, y meneará su cabeza.

To make their land desolate, and a perpetual hissing; every one that passeth thereby shall be astonished, and wag his head.

to make their land an astonishment, and a perpetual hissing. Everyone who passes by it will be astonished, and shake his head.

Wie der Ostwind will Ich sie zerstreuen vor dem Feind. Mit dem Nacken und nicht dem Angesicht will Ich sie ansehen am Tage Not.

Como viento solano los esparciré delante del enemigo; mostraréles las espaldas, y no el rostro, en el día de su perdición.

I will scatter them as with an east wind before the enemy; I will shew them the back, and not the face, in the day of their calamity.

Sie aber sprechen: Gehet zu, laßt uns ratschlagen wider Jirmejahu; denn nicht wird das Gesetz dem Priester verlorengehen und dem Weisen der Rat und das Wort dem Propheten. Gehet zu, und laßt uns ihn schlagen mit der Zunge und nicht horchen auf alle seine Worte.

Y dijeron: Venid, y tracemos maquinaciones contra Jeremías; porque la ley no faltará del sacerdote, ni consejo del sabio, ni palabra del profeta. Venid é hirámoslo de lengua, y no miremos á todas sus palabras.

Then said they, Come, and let us devise devices against Jeremiah; for the law shall not perish from the priest, nor counsel from the wise, nor the word from the prophet. Come, and let us smite him with the tongue, and let us not give heed to any of his words.

Then they said, “Come! Let’s devise plans against Jeremiah; for the law won’t perish from the priest, nor counsel from the wise, nor the word from the prophet. Come, and let’s strike him with the tongue, and let’s not give heed to any of his words.”

So horche Du auf mich, Jehovah, und höre auf die Stimme meiner Haderer.

Oh Jehová, mira por mí, y oye la voz de los que contienden conmigo.

Give heed to me, O LORD, and hearken to the voice of them that contend with me.

Give heed to me, LORD, and listen to the voice of those who contend with me.

Darf man Gutes mit Bösem vergelten, daß meiner Seele sie eine Fallgrube graben? Gedenke, wie ich vor Dir stand Gutes für sie zu reden, um Deinen Grimm von ihnen zurückzuwenden.

¿Dase mal por bien, para que hayan cavado hoyo á mi alma? Acuérdate que me puse delante de ti para hablar bien por ellos, para apartar de ellos tu ira.

Shall evil be recompensed for good? for they have digged a pit for my soul. Remember that I stood before thee to speak good for them, and to turn away thy wrath from them.

Darum gib ihre Söhne dem Hunger hin und reiße sie hin in die Macht des Schwertes, daß ihre Weiber kinderlos und Witwen seien, und ihre Männer in den Tod hingewürgt, ihre Jünglinge werden vom Schwert geschlagen im Streit.

Por tanto, entrega sus hijos á hambre, y hazlos derramar por medio de la espada; y queden sus mujeres sin hijos, y viudas; y sus maridos sean puestos á muerte, y sus jóvenes heridos á cuchillo en la guerra.

Therefore deliver up their children to the famine, and pour out their blood by the force of the sword; and let their wives be bereaved of their children, and be widows; and let their men be put to death; let their young men be slain by the sword in battle.

Man höre Geschrei aus ihren Häusern, daß plötzlich Du über sie die Kriegshaufen hereingebracht, weil sie eine Fallgrube gegraben, mich zu fangen, und meinen Füßen hehlings Schlingen gelegt.

Oigase clamor de sus casas, cuando trajeres sobre ellos ejército de repente: porque cavaron hoyo para prenderme, y á mis pies han escondido lazos.

Let a cry be heard from their houses, when thou shalt bring a troop suddenly upon them: for they have digged a pit to take me, and hid snares for my feet.

Und Du, Jehovah, weißt all ihren Rat wider mich zum Tode. Überdecke nicht ihre Missetat und wische nicht aus ihre Sünde vor Deinem Angesicht, laß sie straucheln vor Deinem Angesicht, zur Zeit Deines Zornes handle mit ihnen.

Mas tú, oh Jehová, conoces todo su consejo contra mí para muerte; no perdones su maldad, ni borres su pecado de delante de tu rostro: y tropiecen delante de ti; haz así con ellos en el tiempo de tu furor.

Yet, LORD, thou knowest all their counsel against me to slay me: forgive not their iniquity, neither blot out their sin from thy sight, but let them be overthrown before thee; deal thus with them in the time of thine anger.

Yet, LORD, you know all their counsel against me to kill me. Don’t forgive their iniquity. Don’t blot out their sin from your sight, Let them be overthrown before you. Deal with them in the time of your anger.
