Les paroles de Jérémie, fils de Hilkija, d’entre les Sacrificateurs qui étaient à Hanathoth, au pays de Benjamin ;

LAS palabras de Jeremías hijo de Hilcías, de los sacerdotes que estuvieron en Anathoth, en tierra de Benjamín.

The words of Jeremiah the son of Hilkiah, of the priests that were in Anathoth in the land of Benjamin:

The words of Jeremiah the son of Hilkiah, one of the priests who were in Anathoth in the land of Benjamin.

Auquel fut adressée la parole de l’Eternel, aux jours de Josias fils d’Amon Roi de Juda, la treizième année de son règne ;

La palabra de Jehová que fué á él en los días de Josías hijo de Amón, rey de Judá, en el año décimotercio de su reinado.

To whom the word of the LORD came in the days of Josiah the son of Amon king of Judah, in the thirteenth year of his reign.

The LORD’s word came to him in the days of Josiah the son of Amon, king of Judah, in the thirteenth year of his reign.

Laquelle lui fut aussi adressée aux jours de Jéhojakim, fils de Josias, Roi de Juda, jusqu’à la fin de la onzième année de Sédécias, fils de Josias, Roi de Juda, savoir jusqu’au temps que Jérusalem fut transportée, ce qui arriva au cinquième mois.

Fué asimismo en días de Joacim hijo de Josías, rey de Judá, hasta el fin del año undécimo de Sedechîas hijo de Josías, rey de Judá, hasta la cautividad de Jerusalem en el mes quinto.

It came also in the days of Jehoiakim the son of Josiah king of Judah, unto the end of the eleventh year of Zedekiah the son of Josiah king of Judah, unto the carrying away of Jerusalem captive in the fifth month.

La parole donc de l’Eternel me fut adressée, en disant :

Fué pues palabra de Jehová á mí, diciendo:

Then the word of the LORD came unto me, saying,

Now the LORD’s word came to me, saying,

Avant que je te formasse dans le ventre de ta mère, je t’ai connu ; et avant que tu fusses sorti de son sein, je t’ai sanctifié, je t’ai établi Prophète pour les nations.

Antes que te formase en el vientre te conocí, y antes que salieses de la matriz te santifiqué, te dí por profeta á las gentes.

Before I formed thee in the belly I knew thee; and before thou camest forth out of the womb I sanctified thee, and I ordained thee a prophet unto the nations.

“Before I formed you in the womb, I knew you. Before you were born, I sanctified you. I have appointed you a prophet to the nations.”

Et je répondis : Ha ! ha ! Seigneur Eternel ! voici, je ne sais pas parler ; car je suis un enfant.

Y yo dije: ¡Ah! ¡ah! ¡Señor Jehová! He aquí, no sé hablar, porque soy niño.

Then said I, Ah, Lord GOD! behold, I cannot speak: for I am a child.

Then I said, “Ah, Lord GOD! Behold, I don’t know how to speak; for I am a child.”

Et l’Eternel me dit : ne dis point : je suis un enfant ; car tu iras partout où je t’enverrai, et tu diras tout ce que je te commanderai.

Y díjome Jehová: No digas, soy niño; porque á todo lo que te enviaré irás tú, y dirás todo lo que te mandaré.

But the LORD said unto me, Say not, I am a child: for thou shalt go to all that I shall send thee, and whatsoever I command thee thou shalt speak.

But the LORD said to me, “Don’t say, ‘I am a child;’ for you must go to whomever I send you, and you must say whatever I command you.

Ne crains point de te montrer devant eux, car je suis avec toi pour te délivrer, dit l’Eternel.

No temas delante de ellos, porque contigo soy para librarte, dice Jehová.

Be not afraid of their faces: for I am with thee to deliver thee, saith the LORD.

Don’t be afraid because of them, for I am with you to rescue you,” says the LORD.

Et l’Eternel avança sa main, et en toucha ma bouche, puis l’Eternel me dit : voici, j’ai mis mes paroles en ta bouche.

Y extendió Jehová su mano, y tocó sobre mi boca; y díjome Jehová: He aquí he puesto mis palabras en tu boca.

Then the LORD put forth his hand, and touched my mouth. And the LORD said unto me, Behold, I have put my words in thy mouth.

Then the LORD stretched out his hand and touched my mouth. Then the LORD said to me, “Behold, I have put my words in your mouth.

Regarde, je t’ai établi aujourd’hui sur les nations, et sur les Royaumes, afin que tu arraches et que tu démolisses, que tu ruines, et que tu détruises ; que tu bâtisses, et que tu plantes.

Mira que te he puesto en este día sobre gentes y sobre reinos, para arrancar y para destruir, y para arruinar y para derribar, y para edificar y para plantar.

See, I have this day set thee over the nations and over the kingdoms, to root out, and to pull down, and to destroy, and to throw down, to build, and to plant.

Behold, I have today set you over the nations and over the kingdoms, to uproot and to tear down, to destroy and to overthrow, to build and to plant.”

Puis la parole de l’Eternel me fut adressée, en disant : que vois-tu, Jérémie ? Et je répondis : je vois une branche d’amandier.

Y la palabra de Jehová fué á mí, diciendo: ¿Qué ves tú, Jeremías? Y dije: Yo veo una vara de almendro.

Moreover the word of the LORD came unto me, saying, Jeremiah, what seest thou? And I said, I see a rod of an almond tree.

Moreover the LORD’s word came to me, saying, “Jeremiah, what do you see?” I said, “I see a branch of an almond tree.”

Et l’Eternel me dit : tu as bien vu ; car je me hâte d’exécuter ma parole.

Y díjome Jehová: Bien has visto; porque yo apresuro mi palabra para ponerla por obra.

Then said the LORD unto me, Thou hast well seen: for I will hasten my word to perform it.

Then the LORD said to me, “You have seen well; for I watch over my word to perform it.”

Alors la parole de l’Eternel me fut adressée pour la seconde fois, en disant : que vois-tu ? Et je répondis : je vois un pot bouillant, dont le devant est tourné vers l’Aquilon.

Y fué á mí palabra de Jehová segunda vez, diciendo: ¿Qué ves tú? Y dije: Yo veo una olla que hierve; y su haz está de la parte del aquilón.

And the word of the LORD came unto me the second time, saying, What seest thou? And I said, I see a seething pot; and the face thereof is toward the north.

The LORD’s word came to me the second time, saying, “What do you see?” I said, “I see a boiling cauldron; and it is tipping away from the north.”

Et l’Eternel me dit : le mal se découvrira du côté de l’Aquilon sur tous les habitants de ce pays-ci.

Y díjome Jehová: Del aquilón se soltará el mal sobre todos los moradores de la tierra.

Then the LORD said unto me, Out of the north an evil shall break forth upon all the inhabitants of the land.

Then the LORD said to me, “Out of the north, evil will break out on all the inhabitants of the land.

Car voici, je m’en vais appeler toutes les familles des Royaumes de l’Aquilon, dit l’Eternel ; et elles viendront, et mettront chacune son trône à l’entrée des portes de Jérusalem, et près de toutes ses murailles à l’environ, et près de toutes les villes de Juda.

Porque he aquí que yo convoco todas las familias de los reinos del aquilón, dice Jehová; y vendrán, y pondrá cada uno su asiento á la entrada de las puertas de Jerusalem, y junto á todos sus muros en derredor, y en todas las ciudades de Judá.

For, lo, I will call all the families of the kingdoms of the north, saith the LORD; and they shall come, and they shall set every one his throne at the entering of the gates of Jerusalem, and against all the walls thereof round about, and against all the cities of Judah.

For behold, I will call all the families of the kingdoms of the north,” says the LORD. “They will come, and they will each set his throne at the entrance of the gates of Jerusalem, and against all its walls all around, and against all the cities of Judah.

Et je leur prononcerai mes jugements, à cause de toute leur malice, par laquelle ils m’ont délaissé, et ont fait des parfums à d’autres dieux, et se sont prosternés devant l’ouvrage de leurs mains.

Y á causa de toda su malicia, proferiré mis juicios contra los que me dejaron, é incensaron á dioses extraños, y á hechuras de sus manos se encorvaron.

And I will utter my judgments against them touching all their wickedness, who have forsaken me, and have burned incense unto other gods, and worshipped the works of their own hands.

Toi donc, trousse tes reins, et te lève, et dis-leur toutes les choses que je te commanderai ; ne crains point de te montrer devant eux, de peur que je ne te fasse mettre en pièces en leur présence.

Tú pues, ciñe tus lomos, y te levantarás, y les hablarás todo lo que te mandaré: no temas delante de ellos, porque no te haga yo quebrantar delante de ellos.

Thou therefore gird up thy loins, and arise, and speak unto them all that I command thee: be not dismayed at their faces, lest I confound thee before them.

“You therefore put your belt on your waist, arise, and say to them all that I command you. Don’t be dismayed at them, lest I dismay you before them.

Car voici, je t’ai aujourd’hui établi comme une ville forte ; et comme une colonne de fer, et comme des murailles d’airain, contre tout ce pays-ci, c’est-à-dire, contre les Rois de Juda, contre les principaux du pays, contre ses Sacrificateurs, et contre le peuple du pays.

Porque he aquí que yo te he puesto en este día como ciudad fortalecida, y como columna de hierro, y como muro de bronce sobre toda la tierra, á los reyes de Judá, á sus príncipes, á sus sacerdotes, y al pueblo de la tierra.

For, behold, I have made thee this day a defenced city, and an iron pillar, and brasen walls against the whole land, against the kings of Judah, against the princes thereof, against the priests thereof, and against the people of the land.

For behold, I have made you today a fortified city, an iron pillar, and bronze walls against the whole land—against the kings of Judah, against its princes, against its priests, and against the people of the land.

Et ils combattront contre toi, mais ils ne seront pas plus forts que toi ; car je suis avec toi, dit l’Eternel, pour te délivrer.

Y pelearán contra ti, mas no te vencerán; porque yo soy contigo, dice Jehová, para librarte.

And they shall fight against thee; but they shall not prevail against thee; for I am with thee, saith the LORD, to deliver thee.

They will fight against you, but they will not prevail against you; for I am with you”, says the LORD, “to rescue you.”
