Jeremías 22

Y su respuesta será: «Porque el pueblo que la habitaba olvidó al Señor su Dios y violó el convenio que habían firmado con él, y le rindieron homenaje a ídolos».

Y dirán: Porque dejaron el pacto de Jehová su Dios, y adoraron dioses ajenos, y les sirvieron.

Then they shall answer, Because they have forsaken the covenant of the LORD their God, and worshipped other gods, and served them.

Then they will answer, ‘Because they abandoned the covenant of the LORD their God, worshiped other gods, and served them.’”
