Ainsi parle l’Éternel: Descends dans la maison du roi de Juda, et là prononce cette parole.
ASÍ dijo Jehová: Desciende á la casa del rey de Judá, y habla allí esta palabra,
Thus saith the LORD; Go down to the house of the king of Judah, and speak there this word,
The LORD said, “Go down to the house of the king of Judah, and speak this word there:
Tu diras: Écoute la parole de l’Éternel, roi de Juda, qui es assis sur le trône de David, toi, tes serviteurs, et ton peuple, qui entrez par ces portes!
Y di: Oye palabra de Jehová, oh rey de Judá que estás sentado sobre el trono de David, tú, y tus criados, y tu pueblo que entran por estas puertas.
And say, Hear the word of the LORD, O king of Judah, that sittest upon the throne of David, thou, and thy servants, and thy people that enter in by these gates:
‘Hear the LORD’s word, king of Judah, who sits on David’s throne—you, your servants, and your people who enter in by these gates.
Ainsi parle l’Éternel: Pratiquez la justice et l’équité; délivrez l’opprimé des mains de l’oppresseur; ne maltraitez pas l’étranger, l’orphelin et la veuve; n’usez pas de violence, et ne répandez point de sang innocent dans ce lieu.
Así ha dicho Jehová: Haced juicio y justicia, y librad al oprimido de mano del opresor, y no engañéis ni robéis al extranjero, ni al huérfano, ni á la viuda, ni derraméis sangre inocente en este lugar.
Thus saith the LORD; Execute ye judgment and righteousness, and deliver the spoiled out of the hand of the oppressor: and do no wrong, do no violence to the stranger, the fatherless, nor the widow, neither shed innocent blood in this place.
The LORD says: “Execute justice and righteousness, and deliver him who is robbed out of the hand of the oppressor. Do no wrong. Do no violence to the foreigner, the fatherless, or the widow. Don’t shed innocent blood in this place.
Car si vous agissez selon cette parole, les rois assis sur le trône de David entreront par les portes de cette maison, montés sur des chars et sur des chevaux, eux, leurs serviteurs et leur peuple.
Porque si efectivamente hiciereis esta palabra, los reyes que en lugar de David se sientan sobre su trono, entrarán montados en carros y en caballos por las puertas de esta casa, ellos, y sus criados, y su pueblo.
For if ye do this thing indeed, then shall there enter in by the gates of this house kings sitting upon the throne of David, riding in chariots and on horses, he, and his servants, and his people.
For if you do this thing indeed, then kings sitting on David’s throne will enter in by the gates of this house, riding in chariots and on horses—they, their servants, and their people.
Mais si vous n’écoutez pas ces paroles, je le jure par moi-même, dit l’Éternel, cette maison deviendra une ruine.
Mas si no oyereis estas palabras, por mí he jurado, dice Jehová, que esta casa será desierta.
But if ye will not hear these words, I swear by myself, saith the LORD, that this house shall become a desolation.
But if you will not hear these words, I swear by myself,” says the LORD, “that this house will become a desolation.”’”
Car ainsi parle l’Éternel sur la maison du roi de Juda: Tu es pour moi comme Galaad, comme le sommet du Liban; Mais certes, je ferai de toi un désert, Une ville sans habitants.
Porque así ha dicho Jehová sobre la casa del rey de Judá: Galaad eres tú para mí, y cabeza del Líbano: empero de cierto te pondré en soledad, y ciudades deshabitadas.
For thus saith the LORD unto the king’s house of Judah; Thou art Gilead unto me, and the head of Lebanon: yet surely I will make thee a wilderness, and cities which are not inhabited.
For the LORD says concerning the house of the king of Judah: “You are Gilead to me, the head of Lebanon. Yet surely I will make you a wilderness, cities which are not inhabited.
Je prépare contre toi des destructeurs, Chacun avec ses armes; Ils abattront tes plus beaux cèdres, Et les jetteront au feu.
Y señalaré contra ti disipadores, cada uno con sus armas; y cortarán tus cedros escogidos, y los echarán en el fuego.
And I will prepare destroyers against thee, every one with his weapons: and they shall cut down thy choice cedars, and cast them into the fire.
I will prepare destroyers against you, everyone with his weapons, and they will cut down your choice cedars, and cast them into the fire.
Des nations nombreuses passeront près de cette ville, Et elles se diront l’une à l’autre: Pourquoi l’Éternel a-t-il ainsi traité cette grande ville?
Y muchas gentes pasarán junto á esta ciudad, y dirán cada uno á su compañero: ¿Por qué lo hizo así Jehová con esta grande ciudad?
And many nations shall pass by this city, and they shall say every man to his neighbour, Wherefore hath the LORD done thus unto this great city?
“Many nations will pass by this city, and they will each ask his neighbor, ‘Why has the LORD done this to this great city?’
Et l’on répondra: Parce qu’ils ont abandonné L’alliance de l’Éternel, leur Dieu, Parce qu’ils se sont prosternés devant d’autres dieux et les ont servis.
Y dirán: Porque dejaron el pacto de Jehová su Dios, y adoraron dioses ajenos, y les sirvieron.
Then they shall answer, Because they have forsaken the covenant of the LORD their God, and worshipped other gods, and served them.
Then they will answer, ‘Because they abandoned the covenant of the LORD their God, worshiped other gods, and served them.’”
Ne pleurez point celui qui est mort, Et ne vous lamentez pas sur lui; Pleurez, pleurez celui qui s’en va, Car il ne reviendra plus, Il ne reverra plus le pays de sa naissance.
No lloréis al muerto, ni de él os condolezcáis: llorad amargamente por el que va; porque no volverá jamás, ni verá la tierra donde nació.
Weep ye not for the dead, neither bemoan him: but weep sore for him that goeth away: for he shall return no more, nor see his native country.
Don’t weep for the dead. Don’t bemoan him; but weep bitterly for him who goes away, for he will return no more, and not see his native country.
Car ainsi parle l’Éternel sur Schallum, fils de Josias, roi de Juda, Qui régnait à la place de Josias, son père, Et qui est sorti de ce lieu: Il n’y reviendra plus;
Porque así ha dicho Jehová, de Sallum hijo de Josías, rey de Judá, que reina por Josías su padre, que salió de este lugar: No volverá acá más;
For thus saith the LORD touching Shallum the son of Josiah king of Judah, which reigned instead of Josiah his father, which went forth out of this place; He shall not return thither any more:
For the LORD says touching Shallum the son of Josiah, king of Judah, who reigned instead of Josiah his father, and who went out of this place: “He won’t return there any more.
Mais il mourra dans le lieu où on l’emmène captif, Et il ne verra plus ce pays.
Antes morirá en el lugar adonde lo trasportaren, y no verá más esta tierra.
But he shall die in the place whither they have led him captive, and shall see this land no more.

Malheur à celui qui bâtit sa maison par l’injustice, Et ses chambres par l’iniquité; Qui fait travailler son prochain sans le payer, Sans lui donner son salaire;
¡Ay del que edifica su casa y no en justicia, y sus salas y no en juicio, sirviéndose de su prójimo de balde, y no dándole el salario de su trabajo!
Woe unto him that buildeth his house by unrighteousness, and his chambers by wrong; that useth his neighbour’s service without wages, and giveth him not for his work;
“Woe to him who builds his house by unrighteousness, and his rooms by injustice; who uses his neighbor’s service without wages, and doesn’t give him his hire;
Qui dit: Je me bâtirai une maison vaste, Et des chambres spacieuses; Et qui s’y fait percer des fenêtres, La lambrisse de cèdre, Et la peint en couleur rouge!
Que dice: Edificaré para mí casa espaciosa, y airosas salas; y le abre ventanas, y la cubre de cedro, y la pinta de bermellón.
That saith, I will build me a wide house and large chambers, and cutteth him out windows; and it is cieled with cedar, and painted with vermilion.
who says, ‘I will build myself a wide house and spacious rooms,’ and cuts out windows for himself, with a cedar ceiling, and painted with red.
Est-ce que tu règnes, parce que tu as de la passion pour le cèdre? Ton père ne mangeait-il pas, ne buvait-il pas? Mais il pratiquait la justice et l’équité, Et il fut heureux;
¿Reinarás porque te cercas de cedro? ¿no comió y bebió tu padre, é hizo juicio y justicia, y entonces le fué bien?
Shalt thou reign, because thou closest thyself in cedar? did not thy father eat and drink, and do judgment and justice, and then it was well with him?
“Should you reign because you strive to excel in cedar? Didn’t your father eat and drink, and do justice and righteousness? Then it was well with him.
Il jugeait la cause du pauvre et de l’indigent, Et il fut heureux. N’est-ce pas là me connaître? Dit l’Éternel.
El juzgó la causa del afligido y del menesteroso, y entonces estuvo bien. ¿No es esto conocerme á mí? dice Jehová.
He judged the cause of the poor and needy; then it was well with him: was not this to know me? saith the LORD.
He judged the cause of the poor and needy; so then it was well. Wasn’t this to know me?” says the LORD.
Mais tu n’as des yeux et un cœur Que pour te livrer à la cupidité, Pour répandre le sang innocent, Et pour exercer l’oppression et la violence.
Mas tus ojos y tu corazón no son sino á tu avaricia, y á derramar la sangre inocente, y á opresión, y á hacer agravio.
But thine eyes and thine heart are not but for thy covetousness, and for to shed innocent blood, and for oppression, and for violence, to do it.
But your eyes and your heart are only for your covetousness, for shedding innocent blood, for oppression, and for doing violence.”
C’est pourquoi ainsi parle l’Éternel sur Jojakim, fils de Josias, roi de Juda: On ne le pleurera pas, en disant: Hélas, mon frère! Hélas, ma sœur! On ne le pleurera pas, en disant: Hélas, seigneur! Hélas, sa majesté!
Por tanto así ha dicho Jehová, de Joacim hijo de Josías, rey de Judá: No lo llorarán, diciendo: ¡Ay hermano mío! y ¡ay hermana! ni lo lamentarán, diciendo: ¡Ay señor! ¡ay su grandeza!
Therefore thus saith the LORD concerning Jehoiakim the son of Josiah king of Judah; They shall not lament for him, saying, Ah my brother! or, Ah sister! they shall not lament for him, saying, Ah lord! or, Ah his glory!
Therefore the LORD says concerning Jehoiakim the son of Josiah, king of Judah: “They won’t lament for him, saying, ‘Ah my brother!’ or, ‘Ah sister!’ They won’t lament for him, saying ‘Ah lord!’ or, ‘Ah his glory!’
Il aura la sépulture d’un âne, Il sera traîné et jeté hors des portes de Jérusalem.
En sepultura de asno será enterrado, arrastrándole y echándole fuera de las puertas de Jerusalem.
He shall be buried with the burial of an ass, drawn and cast forth beyond the gates of Jerusalem.
He will be buried with the burial of a donkey, drawn and cast out beyond the gates of Jerusalem.”
Monte sur le Liban, et crie! Élève ta voix sur le Basan! Crie du haut d’Abarim! Car tous ceux qui t’aimaient sont brisés.
Sube al Líbano, y clama, y en Basán da tu voz, y grita hacia todas partes; porque todos tus enamorados son quebrantados.
Go up to Lebanon, and cry; and lift up thy voice in Bashan, and cry from the passages: for all thy lovers are destroyed.
“Go up to Lebanon, and cry out. Lift up your voice in Bashan, and cry from Abarim; for all your lovers have been destroyed.
Je t’ai parlé dans le temps de ta prospérité; Tu disais: Je n’écouterai pas. C’est ainsi que tu as agi dès ta jeunesse; Tu n’as pas écouté ma voix.
Hete hablado en tus prosperidades; mas dijiste: No oiré. Este fué tu camino desde tu juventud, que nunca oiste mi voz.
I spake unto thee in thy prosperity; but thou saidst, I will not hear. This hath been thy manner from thy youth, that thou obeyedst not my voice.
I spoke to you in your prosperity, but you said, ‘I will not listen.’ This has been your way from your youth, that you didn’t obey my voice.
Tous tes pasteurs seront la pâture du vent, Et ceux qui t’aiment iront en captivité; C’est alors que tu seras dans la honte, dans la confusion, A cause de toute ta méchanceté.
A todos tus pastores pacerá el viento, y tus enamorados irán en cautiverio: entonces te avergonzarás y te confundirás á causa de toda tu malicia.
The wind shall eat up all thy pastors, and thy lovers shall go into captivity: surely then shalt thou be ashamed and confounded for all thy wickedness.
The wind will feed all your shepherds, and your lovers will go into captivity. Surely then you will be ashamed and confounded for all your wickedness.
Toi qui habites sur le Liban, Qui as ton nid dans les cèdres, Combien tu gémiras quand les douleurs t’atteindront, Douleurs semblables à celles d’une femme en travail!
Habitaste en el Líbano, hiciste tu nido en los cedros: ¡cómo gemirás cuando te vinieren dolores, dolor como de mujer que está de parto!
O inhabitant of Lebanon, that makest thy nest in the cedars, how gracious shalt thou be when pangs come upon thee, the pain as of a woman in travail!
Inhabitant of Lebanon, who makes your nest in the cedars, how greatly to be pitied you will be when pangs come on you, the pain as of a woman in travail!
Je suis vivant! Dit l’Éternel, Quand Jeconia, fils de Jojakim, roi de Juda, serait Un anneau à ma main droite, Je t’arracherais de là.
Vivo yo, dice Jehová, que si Conías hijo de Joacím rey de Judá fuese anillo en mi mano diestra, aun de allí te arrancaré;
As I live, saith the LORD, though Coniah the son of Jehoiakim king of Judah were the signet upon my right hand, yet would I pluck thee thence;
“As I live,” says the LORD, “though Coniah the son of Jehoiakim king of Judah were the signet on my right hand, I would still pluck you from there.
Je te livrerai entre les mains de ceux qui en veulent à ta vie, Entre les mains de ceux devant qui tu trembles, Entre les mains de Nebucadnetsar, roi de Babylone, Entre les mains des Chaldéens.
Y te entregaré en mano de los que buscan tu alma, y en mano de aquellos cuya vista temes; sí, en mano de Nabucodonosor rey de Babilonia, y en mano de los Caldeos.
And I will give thee into the hand of them that seek thy life, and into the hand of them whose face thou fearest, even into the hand of Nebuchadrezzar king of Babylon, and into the hand of the Chaldeans.
I would give you into the hand of those who seek your life, and into the hand of them of whom you are afraid, even into the hand of Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon, and into the hand of the Chaldeans.
Je te jetterai, toi et ta mère qui t’a enfanté, Dans un autre pays où vous n’êtes pas nés, Et là vous mourrez;
Y hacerte he trasportar, á ti, y á tu madre que te parió, á tierra ajena en que no nacisteis; y allá moriréis.
And I will cast thee out, and thy mother that bare thee, into another country, where ye were not born; and there shall ye die.
I will cast you out with your mother who bore you into another country, where you were not born; and there you will die.
Mais dans le pays où ils auront le désir de retourner, Ils ne retourneront pas.
Y á la tierra á la cual levantan ellos su alma para tornar, allá no volverán.
But to the land whereunto they desire to return, thither shall they not return.
But to the land to which their soul longs to return, there they will not return.”
Est-il donc un vase méprisé, brisé, ce Jeconia? Est-il un objet auquel on n’attache aucun prix? Pourquoi sont-ils jetés, lui et sa postérité, Lancés dans un pays qu’ils ne connaissent pas?
¿Es este hombre Conías un ídolo vil quebrado? ¿es vaso con quien nadie se deleita? ¿Por qué fueron arrojados, él y su generación, y echados á tierra que no habían conocido?
Is this man Coniah a despised broken idol? is he a vessel wherein is no pleasure? wherefore are they cast out, he and his seed, and are cast into a land which they know not?
Is this man Coniah a despised broken vessel? Is he a vessel in which no one delights? Why are they cast out, he and his offspring, and cast into a land which they don’t know?
Terre, terre, terre, Écoute la parole de l’Éternel!
¡Tierra, tierra, tierra! oye palabra de Jehová.
O earth, earth, earth, hear the word of the LORD.
O earth, earth, earth, hear the LORD’s word!
Ainsi parle l’Éternel: Inscrivez cet homme comme privé d’enfants, Comme un homme dont les jours ne seront pas prospères; Car nul de ses descendants ne réussira A s’asseoir sur le trône de David Et à régner sur Juda.
Así ha dicho Jehová: Escribid que será este hombre privado de generación, hombre á quien nada sucederá prósperamente en todos los días de su vida: porque ningún hombre de su simiente que se sentare sobre el trono de David, y que se enseñoreare sobre Judá, será jamás dichoso.
Thus saith the LORD, Write ye this man childless, a man that shall not prosper in his days: for no man of his seed shall prosper, sitting upon the throne of David, and ruling any more in Judah.
The LORD says, “Record this man as childless, a man who will not prosper in his days; for no more will a man of his offspring prosper, sitting on David’s throne and ruling in Judah.”
