Jeremías 25

El cual, como león ha abandonado el lugar santo donde moraba, y luego ha quedado reducida toda la tierra de ellos a un páramo por la ira de la paloma y por la terrible indignación del Señor.

Dejó cual leoncillo su guarida; pues asolada fué la tierra de ellos por la ira del opresor, y por el furor de su saña.

He hath forsaken his covert, as the lion: for their land is desolate because of the fierceness of the oppressor, and because of his fierce anger.

He has left his covert, as the lion; for their land has become an astonishment because of the fierceness of the oppression, and because of his fierce anger.
