Jeremías 31

Il n'y a plus de guérison en Moab, ni de jactance en Ésebon ; car le Seigneur a formé le dessein de détruire ce peuple, disant : Nous l'avons retranché du nombre des nations ; il sera réduit à néant ; derrière toi marchera le glaive.

Así ha dicho Jehová: Halló gracia en el desierto el pueblo, los que escaparon del cuchillo, yendo yo para hacer hallar reposo á Israel.

Thus saith the LORD, The people which were left of the sword found grace in the wilderness; even Israel, when I went to cause him to rest.

The LORD says, “The people who survive the sword found favor in the wilderness; even Israel, when I went to cause him to rest.”
