Und ich nahm den versiegelten Kaufbrief mit der Abmachung und den Bedingungen, dazu auch den offenen,

Tomé luego la carta de venta, sellada según el derecho y costumbre, y el traslado abierto.

So I took the evidence of the purchase, both that which was sealed according to the law and custom, and that which was open:
