Jeremías 34

La parole qui fut adressée par l’Eternel à Jérémie, lorsque Nébucadnetsar Roi de Babylone, et toute son armée, tous les Royaumes de la terre, et tous les peuples qui étaient sous la puissance de sa main combattaient contre Jérusalem, et contre toutes ses villes, disant :

PALABRA que fué á Jeremías de Jehová, (cuando Nabucodonosor rey de Babilonia, y todo su ejército, y todos los reinos de la tierra del señorío de su mano, y todos los pueblos, peleaban contra Jerusalem, y contra todas sus ciudades,) diciendo:

The word which came unto Jeremiah from the LORD, when Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon, and all his army, and all the kingdoms of the earth of his dominion, and all the people, fought against Jerusalem, and against all the cities thereof, saying,

The word which came to Jeremiah from the LORD, when Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon, with all his army, all the kingdoms of the earth that were under his dominion, and all the peoples, were fighting against Jerusalem and against all its cities, saying:

Ainsi a dit l’Eternel, le Dieu d’Israël : va, et parle à Sédécias Roi de Juda, et lui dis : ainsi a dit l’Eternel, voici, je m’en vais livrer cette ville en la main du Roi de Babylone, et il la brûlera au feu ;

Así ha dicho Jehová Dios de Israel: Ve, y habla á Sedechîas rey de Judá, y dile: Así ha dicho Jehová: He aquí entregaré yo esta ciudad en mano del rey de Babilonia, y la abrasaré con fuego:

Thus saith the LORD, the God of Israel; Go and speak to Zedekiah king of Judah, and tell him, Thus saith the LORD; Behold, I will give this city into the hand of the king of Babylon, and he shall burn it with fire:

“The LORD, the God of Israel, says, ‘Go, and speak to Zedekiah king of Judah, and tell him, the LORD says, “Behold, I will give this city into the hand of the king of Babylon and he will burn it with fire.

Et tu n’échapperas point de sa main ; car certainement tu seras pris ; et tu seras livré entre ses mains, et tes yeux verront les yeux du Roi de Babylone ; et il parlera à toi bouche à bouche, et tu viendras dans Babylone.

Y no escaparás tú de su mano, sino que de cierto serás preso, y en su mano serás entregado; y tus ojos verán los ojos del rey de Babilonia, y te hablará boca á boca, y en Babilonia entrarás.

And thou shalt not escape out of his hand, but shalt surely be taken, and delivered into his hand; and thine eyes shall behold the eyes of the king of Babylon, and he shall speak with thee mouth to mouth, and thou shalt go to Babylon.

You won’t escape out of his hand, but will surely be taken and delivered into his hand. Your eyes will see the eyes of the king of Babylon, and he will speak with you mouth to mouth. You will go to Babylon.”’

Toutefois, ô Sédécias Roi de Juda, écoute la parole de l’Eternel : l’Eternel a parlé ainsi de toi : tu ne mourras point par l’épée.

Con todo eso, oye palabra de Jehová, Sedechîas rey de Judá: Así ha dicho Jehová de ti: No morirás á cuchillo;

Yet hear the word of the LORD, O Zedekiah king of Judah; Thus saith the LORD of thee, Thou shalt not die by the sword:

“Yet hear the LORD’s word, O Zedekiah king of Judah. The LORD says concerning you, ‘You won’t die by the sword.

Mais tu mourras en paix, et on fera brûler sur toi des choses aromatiques, comme on en a brûlé sur tes pères, les Rois précédents qui ont été devant toi ; et on te plaindra, en disant : hélas, Seigneur ! car j’ai prononcé cette parole, dit l’Eternel.

En paz morirás, y conforme á las quemas de tus padres, los reyes primeros que fueron antes de ti, así quemarán por ti, y te endecharán, diciendo, ¡Ay, señor!; porque yo he hablado la palabra, dice Jehová.

But thou shalt die in peace: and with the burnings of thy fathers, the former kings which were before thee, so shall they burn odours for thee; and they will lament thee, saying, Ah lord! for I have pronounced the word, saith the LORD.

You will die in peace; and with the burnings of your fathers, the former kings who were before you, so they will make a burning for you. They will lament you, saying, “Ah Lord!” for I have spoken the word,’ says the LORD.”

Jérémie donc le Prophète prononça toutes ces paroles-là à Sédécias Roi de Juda, dans Jérusalem.

Y habló Jeremías profeta á Sedechîas rey de Judá todas estas palabras en Jerusalem.

Then Jeremiah the prophet spake all these words unto Zedekiah king of Judah in Jerusalem,

Et l’armée du Roi de Babylone combattait contre Jérusalem, et contre toutes les villes de Juda qui étaient demeurées de reste, savoir contre Lakis, et contre Hazéka, car c’étaient les seules villes fortes qui restaient entre les villes de Juda.

Y el ejército del rey de Babilonia peleaba contra Jerusalem, y contra todas las ciudades de Judá que habían quedado, contra Lachîs, y contra Azeca; porque de las ciudades fuertes de Judá éstas habían quedado.

When the king of Babylon’s army fought against Jerusalem, and against all the cities of Judah that were left, against Lachish, and against Azekah: for these defenced cities remained of the cities of Judah.

when the king of Babylon’s army was fighting against Jerusalem and against all the cities of Judah that were left, against Lachish and against Azekah; for these alone remained of the cities of Judah as fortified cities.

La parole qui fut adressée par l’Eternel à Jérémie, après que le Roi Sédécias eut traité alliance avec tout le peuple qui était à Jérusalem, pour leur publier la liberté ;

Palabra que fué á Jeremías de Jehová, después que Sedechîas hizo concierto con todo el pueblo en Jerusalem, para promulgarles libertad:

This is the word that came unto Jeremiah from the LORD, after that the king Zedekiah had made a covenant with all the people which were at Jerusalem, to proclaim liberty unto them;

Afin que chacun renvoyât libre son serviteur, et chacun sa servante, Hébreu ou Hébreue, et qu’aucun Juif ne fût l’esclave de son frère.

Que cada uno dejase su siervo, y cada uno su sierva, hebreo y hebrea, libres; que ninguno usase de los Judíos su hermanos como de siervos.

That every man should let his manservant, and every man his maidservant, being an Hebrew or an Hebrewess, go free; that none should serve himself of them, to wit, of a Jew his brother.

that every man should let his male servant, and every man his female servant, who is a Hebrew or a Hebrewess, go free, that no one should make bondservants of them, of a Jew his brother.

Tous les principaux donc, et tout le peuple qui étaient entrés dans cette alliance, entendirent que chacun devait renvoyer libre son serviteur, et chacun sa servante, sans plus les asservir ; et ils obéirent, et les renvoyèrent.

Y como oyeron todos los príncipes, y todo el pueblo que habían venido en el concierto de dejar cada uno su siervo y cada uno su sierva libres, que ninguno usase más de ellos como de siervos, obedecieron, y dejáronlos.

Now when all the princes, and all the people, which had entered into the covenant, heard that every one should let his manservant, and every one his maidservant, go free, that none should serve themselves of them any more, then they obeyed, and let them go.

All the princes and all the people obeyed who had entered into the covenant, that everyone should let his male servant and everyone his female servant go free, that no one should make bondservants of them any more. They obeyed and let them go,

Mais ensuite ils changèrent d’avis, et firent revenir leurs serviteurs et leurs servantes, qu’ils avaient renvoyés libres, et les assujettirent pour leur être serviteurs et servantes.

Mas después se arrepintieron, é hicieron tornar los siervos y las siervas que habían dejado libres, y sujetáronlos por siervos y por siervas.

But afterward they turned, and caused the servants and the handmaids, whom they had let go free, to return, and brought them into subjection for servants and for handmaids.

Et la parole de l’Eternel fut adressée à Jérémie par l’Eternel, en disant :

Y fué palabra de Jehová á Jeremías, de parte de Jehová, diciendo:

Therefore the word of the LORD came to Jeremiah from the LORD, saying,

Ainsi a dit l’Eternel, le Dieu d’Israël : je traitai alliance avec vos pères, le jour que je les tirai hors du pays d’Egypte, de la maison de servitude, en disant :

Así dice Jehová Dios de Israel: Yo hice pacto con vuestros padres el día que los saqué de tierra de Egipto, de casa de siervos, diciendo:

Thus saith the LORD, the God of Israel; I made a covenant with your fathers in the day that I brought them forth out of the land of Egypt, out of the house of bondmen, saying,

“The LORD, the God of Israel, says: ‘I made a covenant with your fathers in the day that I brought them out of the land of Egypt, out of the house of bondage, saying:

Dans la septième année vous renverrez chacun votre frère Hébreu, qui vous aura été vendu ; il te servira six ans, puis tu le renverras libre d’avec toi ; mais vos pères ne m’ont point écouté, et n’ont point incliné leur oreille.

Al cabo de siete años dejaréis cada uno á su hermano hebreo que te fuere vendido; te servirá pues seis años, y lo enviarás libre de ti: mas vuestros padres no me oyeron, ni inclinaron su oído.

At the end of seven years let ye go every man his brother an Hebrew, which hath been sold unto thee; and when he hath served thee six years, thou shalt let him go free from thee: but your fathers hearkened not unto me, neither inclined their ear.

At the end of seven years, every man of you shall release his brother who is a Hebrew, who has been sold to you, and has served you six years. You shall let him go free from you. But your fathers didn’t listen to me, and didn’t incline their ear.

Et vous vous étiez convertis aujourd’hui, et vous aviez fait ce qui était juste devant moi, en publiant la liberté chacun à son prochain, et vous aviez traité alliance en ma présence, dans la maison sur laquelle mon Nom est réclamé ;

Y vosotros os habíais hoy convertido, y hecho lo recto delante de mis ojos, anunciando cada uno libertad á su prójimo; y habíais hecho concierto en mi presencia, en la casa sobre la cual es invocado mi nombre:

And ye were now turned, and had done right in my sight, in proclaiming liberty every man to his neighbour; and ye had made a covenant before me in the house which is called by my name:

You had now turned, and had done that which is right in my eyes, in every man proclaiming liberty to his neighbor. You had made a covenant before me in the house which is called by my name;

Mais vous avez changé d’avis, et avez souillé mon Nom ; car vous avez fait revenir chacun son serviteur, et chacun sa servante, que vous aviez renvoyés libres pour être à eux-mêmes, et vous les avez assujettis, afin qu’ils vous soient serviteurs et servantes.

Pero os habéis vuelto y profanado mi nombre, y habéis tornado á tomar cada uno su siervo y cada uno su sierva, que habíais dejado libres á su voluntad; y los habéis sujetado á seros siervos y siervas.

But ye turned and polluted my name, and caused every man his servant, and every man his handmaid, whom ye had set at liberty at their pleasure, to return, and brought them into subjection, to be unto you for servants and for handmaids.

but you turned and profaned my name, and every man caused his servant and every man his handmaid, whom you had let go free at their pleasure, to return. You brought them into subjection, to be to you for servants and for handmaids.’”

C’est pourquoi ainsi a dit l’Eternel : vous ne m’avez point écouté pour publier la liberté chacun à son frère, et chacun à son prochain ; voici, je m’en vais publier, dit l’Eternel, la liberté contre vous à l’épée, à la peste, et à la famine ; et je vous livrerai pour être transportés par tous les Royaumes de la terre.

Por tanto, así ha dicho Jehová: Vosotros no me habéis oído en promulgar cada uno libertad á su hermano, y cada uno á su compañero: he aquí que yo os promulgo libertad, dice Jehová, á cuchillo y á pestilencia y á hambre; y os pondré en remoción á todos los reinos de la tierra.

Therefore thus saith the LORD; Ye have not hearkened unto me, in proclaiming liberty, every one to his brother, and every man to his neighbour: behold, I proclaim a liberty for you, saith the LORD, to the sword, to the pestilence, and to the famine; and I will make you to be removed into all the kingdoms of the earth.

Therefore the LORD says: “You have not listened to me, to proclaim liberty, every man to his brother, and every man to his neighbor. Behold, I proclaim to you a liberty,” says the LORD, “to the sword, to the pestilence, and to the famine. I will make you be tossed back and forth among all the kingdoms of the earth.

Et je livrerai les hommes qui ont transgressé mon alliance, et qui n’ont point effectué les paroles de l’alliance qu’ils ont traitée devant moi, lorsqu’ils sont passés entre les deux moitiés du veau qu’ils ont coupé en deux ;

Y entregaré á los hombres que traspasaron mi pacto, que no han llevado á efecto las palabras del pacto que celebraron en mi presencia dividiendo en dos partes el becerro y pasando por medio de ellas:

And I will give the men that have transgressed my covenant, which have not performed the words of the covenant which they had made before me, when they cut the calf in twain, and passed between the parts thereof,

I will give the men who have transgressed my covenant, who have not performed the words of the covenant which they made before me when they cut the calf in two and passed between its parts:

Les principaux de Juda, et les principaux de Jérusalem, les Eunuques, et les Sacrificateurs et tout le peuple du pays, qui ont passé entre les deux moitiés du veau ;

A los príncipes de Judá y á los príncipes de Jerusalem, á los eunucos y á los sacerdotes, y á todo el pueblo de la tierra, que pasaron entre las partes del becerro,

The princes of Judah, and the princes of Jerusalem, the eunuchs, and the priests, and all the people of the land, which passed between the parts of the calf;

the princes of Judah, the princes of Jerusalem, the eunuchs, the priests, and all the people of the land, who passed between the parts of the calf.

Je les livrerai, dis-je, entre les mains de leurs ennemis, et entre les mains de ceux qui cherchent leur vie ; et leurs corps morts seront pour viande aux oiseaux des cieux, et aux bêtes de la terre.

Entregarélos en mano de sus enemigos y en mano de los que buscan su alma; y sus cuerpos muertos serán para comida de las aves del cielo, y de las bestias de la tierra.

I will even give them into the hand of their enemies, and into the hand of them that seek their life: and their dead bodies shall be for meat unto the fowls of the heaven, and to the beasts of the earth.

I will even give them into the hand of their enemies and into the hand of those who seek their life. Their dead bodies will be food for the birds of the sky and for the animals of the earth.

Je livrerai aussi Sédécias Roi de Juda, et les principaux de sa Cour entre les mains de leurs ennemis, et entre les mains de ceux qui cherchent leur vie ; savoir entre les mains de l’armée du Roi de Babylone, qui s’est retiré de devant vous.

Y á Sedechîas rey de Judá, y á sus príncipes, entregaré en mano de sus enemigos, y en mano de los que buscan su alma, y en mano del ejército del rey de Babilonia, que se fueron de vosotros.

And Zedekiah king of Judah and his princes will I give into the hand of their enemies, and into the hand of them that seek their life, and into the hand of the king of Babylon’s army, which are gone up from you.

“I will give Zedekiah king of Judah and his princes into the hands of their enemies, into the hands of those who seek their life and into the hands of the king of Babylon’s army, who has gone away from you.

Voici, je m’en vais leur donner ordre, dit l’Eternel, et je les ferai retourner vers cette ville-ci, et ils combattront contre elle, et la prendront, et la brûleront au feu, et je mettrai les villes de Juda en désolation, tellement qu’il n’y aura personne qui y habite.

He aquí, mandaré yo, dice Jehová, y harélos volver á esta ciudad, y pelearán contra ella, y la tomarán, y la abrasarán á fuego; y reduciré á soledad las ciudades de Judá, hasta no quedar morador.

Behold, I will command, saith the LORD, and cause them to return to this city; and they shall fight against it, and take it, and burn it with fire: and I will make the cities of Judah a desolation without an inhabitant.

Behold, I will command,” says the LORD, “and cause them to return to this city. They will fight against it, take it, and burn it with fire. I will make the cities of Judah a desolation, without inhabitant.”
