Jeremías 35

Ja, die Nachkommen Jonadabs, des Sohnes Rechabs, sind dem Gebot nachgekommen, das ihr Stammvater ihnen gegeben hat; dieses Volk aber hat nicht auf mich gehört!‹

Ciertamente los hijos de Jonadab, hijo de Rechâb, tuvieron por firme el mandamiento que les dió su padre; mas este pueblo no me ha obedecido.

Because the sons of Jonadab the son of Rechab have performed the commandment of their father, which he commanded them; but this people hath not hearkened unto me:
