Jeremías 35

Doch sie antworteten: »Wir trinken keinen Wein, denn unser Stammvater Jonadab, der Sohn Rechabs, hat uns das Gebot erteilt: ›Ihr dürft keinen Wein trinken, weder ihr noch euere Nachkommen, in alle Zukunft;

Mas ellos dijeron: No beberemos vino; porque Jonadab hijo de Rechâb nuestro padre nos mandó, diciendo: No beberéis jamás vino vosotros ni vuestros hijos:

But they said, We will drink no wine: for Jonadab the son of Rechab our father commanded us, saying, Ye shall drink no wine, neither ye, nor your sons for ever:

But they said, “We will drink no wine; for Jonadab the son of Rechab, our father, commanded us, saying, ‘You shall drink no wine, neither you nor your children, forever.
