29Y dirás a Joacim, rey de Judá: ‘Así dice Yahvé: “Tú quemaste este rollo, diciendo: ‘¿Por qué escribiste en él que vendrá de cierto el rey de Babilonia, y que destruirá esta tierra, y que hará que no queden en ella ni hombres ni animales?’” ’.

29And thou shalt say to Jehoiakim king of Judah, Thus saith the LORD; Thou hast burned this roll, saying, Why hast thou written therein, saying, The king of Babylon shall certainly come and destroy this land, and shall cause to cease from thence man and beast?

29Concerning Jehoiakim king of Judah you shall say, ‘The LORD says: “You have burned this scroll, saying, ‘Why have you written therein, saying, “The king of Babylon will certainly come and destroy this land, and will cause to cease from there man and animal”?’”
