Después el rey Sedecías envió a sacarlo de allí, y lo interrogó secretamente en su palacio, diciéndole: ¿Crees tú que hay efectivamente alguna revelación de parte del Señor? Sí, la hay, respondió Jeremías, y añadió: Tú serás entregado en manos del rey de Babilonia.
El rey Sedechîas envió, y sacóle; y preguntóle el rey escondidamente en su casa, y dijo: ¿Hay palabra de Jehová? Y Jeremías dijo: Hay. Y dijo más: En mano del rey de Babilonia serás entregado.
Then Zedekiah the king sent, and took him out: and the king asked him secretly in his house, and said, Is there any word from the LORD? And Jeremiah said, There is: for, said he, thou shalt be delivered into the hand of the king of Babylon.
