Jeremías 37

Zur Zeit, als Zedekia, der Sohn Josias, regierte, den Nebukadnezar, der König von Babylon, zum König über das Land Juda an Stelle Konjas, des Sohnes Jojakims, eingesetzt hatte,

Y REINÓ el rey Sedechîas hijo de Josías, en lugar de Conías hijo de Joacim, al cual Nabucodonosor rey de Babilonia había constituído por rey en la tierra de Judá.

And king Zedekiah the son of Josiah reigned instead of Coniah the son of Jehoiakim, whom Nebuchadrezzar king of Babylon made king in the land of Judah.

Zedekiah the son of Josiah reigned as king instead of Coniah the son of Jehoiakim, whom Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon made king in the land of Judah.

hörte weder er noch seine Diener, noch die Bevölkerung des Landes auf die Worte, die der HERR durch den Propheten Jeremia an sie richtete.

Mas no obedeció él, ni sus siervos, ni el pueblo de la tierra á las palabras de Jehová, que dijo por el profeta Jeremías.

But neither he, nor his servants, nor the people of the land, did hearken unto the words of the LORD, which he spake by the prophet Jeremiah.

But neither he, nor his servants, nor the people of the land, listened to the LORD’s words, which he spoke by the prophet Jeremiah.

Da sandte (einst) der König Zedekia den Juchal, den Sohn Selemjas, und den Priester Zephanja, den Sohn Maasejas, zum Propheten Jeremia und ließ ihm sagen: »Bete doch für uns zum HERRN, unserm Gott!«

Y envió el rey Sedechîas á Jucal hijo de Selemías, y á Sephanías hijo de Maasías sacerdote, para que dijesen al profeta Jeremías: Ruega ahora por nosotros á Jehová nuestro Dios.

And Zedekiah the king sent Jehucal the son of Shelemiah and Zephaniah the son of Maaseiah the priest to the prophet Jeremiah, saying, Pray now unto the LORD our God for us.

Zedekiah the king sent Jehucal the son of Shelemiah and Zephaniah the son of Maaseiah, the priest, to the prophet Jeremiah, saying, “Pray now to the LORD our God for us.”

Jeremia bewegte sich aber damals noch in voller Freiheit inmitten des Volkes, da man ihn noch nicht ins Gefängnis geworfen hatte.

Y Jeremías entraba y salía en medio del pueblo; porque no lo habían puesto en la casa de la cárcel.

Das Heer des Pharaos war nämlich aus Ägypten aufgebrochen, und die Chaldäer, die Jerusalem belagerten, waren, als sie die Kunde davon erhielten, von Jerusalem abgezogen.

Y como el ejército de Faraón hubo salido de Egipto, y vino la fama de ellos á oídos de los Caldeos que tenían cercada á Jerusalem, partiéronse de Jerusalem.

Then Pharaoh’s army was come forth out of Egypt: and when the Chaldeans that besieged Jerusalem heard tidings of them, they departed from Jerusalem.

Pharaoh’s army had come out of Egypt; and when the Chaldeans who were besieging Jerusalem heard news of them, they withdrew from Jerusalem.

Da erging das Wort des HERRN an den Propheten Jeremia folgendermaßen:

Entonces fué palabra de Jehová á Jeremías profeta, diciendo:

Then came the word of the LORD unto the prophet Jeremiah, saying,

Then the LORD’s word came to the prophet Jeremiah, saying,

»So spricht der HERR, der Gott Israels: Verkündet dem Könige von Juda, der euch zu mir gesandt hat, um mich zu befragen, folgende Botschaft: ›Wisse wohl: das Heer des Pharaos, das euch zur Hilfe ausgezogen ist, wird alsbald in sein Land Ägypten zurückkehren,

Así ha dicho Jehová Dios de Israel: Diréis así al rey de Judá, que os envió á mí para que me preguntaseis: He aquí que el ejército de Faraón que había salido en vuestro socorro, se volvió á su tierra en Egipto.

Thus saith the LORD, the God of Israel; Thus shall ye say to the king of Judah, that sent you unto me to enquire of me; Behold, Pharaoh’s army, which is come forth to help you, shall return to Egypt into their own land.

“The LORD, the God of Israel, says, ‘You shall tell the king of Judah, who sent you to me to inquire of me: “Behold, Pharaoh’s army, which has come out to help you, will return to Egypt into their own land.

und zurückkehren werden die Chaldäer, um diese Stadt zu belagern, und werden sie erobern und in Flammen aufgehen lassen.‹

Y tornarán los Caldeos, y combatirán esta ciudad, y la tomarán, y la pondrán á fuego.

And the Chaldeans shall come again, and fight against this city, and take it, and burn it with fire.

The Chaldeans will come again, and fight against this city. They will take it and burn it with fire.”’

So spricht der HERR: ›Täuscht euch nicht selbst mit der Meinung, daß die Chaldäer jetzt wirklich von euch abziehen werden; denn sie werden nicht abziehen.

Así ha dicho Jehová: No engañéis vuestras almas, diciendo: Sin duda los Caldeos se han ido de nosotros: porque no se irán.

Thus saith the LORD; Deceive not yourselves, saying, The Chaldeans shall surely depart from us: for they shall not depart.

“The LORD says, ‘Don’t deceive yourselves, saying, “The Chaldeans will surely depart from us;” for they will not depart.

Nein, wenn ihr auch das ganze Heer der Chaldäer, die Krieg mit euch führen, besiegtet und nur einige schwerverwundete Männer von ihnen übrigblieben, so würden diese doch ein jeder in seinem Zelt aufstehen und diese Stadt in Flammen aufgehen lassen!‹«

Porque aun cuando hirieseis todo el ejército de los Caldeos que pelean con vosotros, y quedasen de ellos hombres alanceados, cada uno se levantará de su tienda, y pondrán esta ciudad á fuego.

For though ye had smitten the whole army of the Chaldeans that fight against you, and there remained but wounded men among them, yet should they rise up every man in his tent, and burn this city with fire.

For though you had struck the whole army of the Chaldeans who fight against you, and only wounded men remained among them, they would each rise up in his tent and burn this city with fire.’”

Nun begab es sich, als das Heer der Chaldäer wegen des Heeres des Pharaos von Jerusalem abgezogen war,

Y aconteció que, como el ejército de los Caldeos se fué de Jerusalem á causa del ejército de Faraón,

And it came to pass, that when the army of the Chaldeans was broken up from Jerusalem for fear of Pharaoh’s army,

When the army of the Chaldeans had withdrawn from Jerusalem for fear of Pharaoh’s army,

daß Jeremia Jerusalem verlassen und sich in die Landschaft Benjamin begeben wollte, um dort eine Erbschaftssache im Kreise seiner Verwandten zu erledigen.

Salíase de Jerusalem Jeremías para irse á tierra de Benjamín, para apartarse de allí en medio del pueblo.

Then Jeremiah went forth out of Jerusalem to go into the land of Benjamin, to separate himself thence in the midst of the people.

Als er nun im Benjaminstor angelangt war, wo ein Mann namens Jirja, der Sohn Selemjas, des Sohnes Hananjas, als Hauptmann der Wache stand, hielt dieser den Propheten Jeremia an unter dem Vorwand: »Du willst zu den Chaldäern übergehen!«

Y cuando fué á la puerta de Benjamín, estaba allí un prepósito que se llamaba Irías, hijo de Selemías, hijo de Hananías, el cual prendió á Jeremías profeta, diciendo: Tú te retiras á los Caldeos.

And when he was in the gate of Benjamin, a captain of the ward was there, whose name was Irijah, the son of Shelemiah, the son of Hananiah; and he took Jeremiah the prophet, saying, Thou fallest away to the Chaldeans.

When he was in Benjamin’s gate, a captain of the guard was there, whose name was Irijah, the son of Shelemiah, the son of Hananiah; and he seized Jeremiah the prophet, saying, “You are defecting to the Chaldeans!”

Jeremia entgegnete: »Das ist eine Lüge! Ich will nicht zu den Chaldäern übergehen!« und hörte nicht weiter nach ihm hin; aber Jirja ließ Jeremia festnehmen und vor die Fürsten führen.

Y Jeremías dijo: Falso: no me retiro á los Caldeos. Mas él no lo escuchó, antes prendió Irías á Jeremías, y llevólo delante de los príncipes.

Then said Jeremiah, It is false; I fall not away to the Chaldeans. But he hearkened not to him: so Irijah took Jeremiah, and brought him to the princes.

Then Jeremiah said, “That is false! I am not defecting to the Chaldeans.” But he didn’t listen to him; so Irijah seized Jeremiah, and brought him to the princes.

Diese waren Jeremia feindlich gesinnt, ließen ihn stäupen und im Hause des Staatsschreibers Jonathan, das man zum Gefängnis hergerichtet hatte, gefangensetzen.

Y los príncipes se airaron contra Jeremías, y azotáronle, y pusiéronle en prisión en la casa de Jonathán escriba, porque aquélla habían hecho casa de cárcel.

Wherefore the princes were wroth with Jeremiah, and smote him, and put him in prison in the house of Jonathan the scribe: for they had made that the prison.

Als Jeremia so in das Brunnengebäude, und zwar in die unterirdischen Gewölbe gekommen war und dort lange Zeit zugebracht hatte,

Entró pues Jeremías en la casa de la mazmorra, y en las camarillas. Y habiendo estado allá Jeremías por muchos días,

When Jeremiah was entered into the dungeon, and into the cabins, and Jeremiah had remained there many days;

When Jeremiah had come into the dungeon house and into the cells, and Jeremiah had remained there many days,

sandte der König Zedekia (eines Tages) hin, ließ ihn holen und richtete in seinem Palast insgeheim die Frage an ihn: »Ist ein Wort vom HERRN ergangen?« Jeremia antwortete: »Jawohl! Nämlich der Gewalt des Königs von Babylon wirst du preisgegeben werden.«

El rey Sedechîas envió, y sacóle; y preguntóle el rey escondidamente en su casa, y dijo: ¿Hay palabra de Jehová? Y Jeremías dijo: Hay. Y dijo más: En mano del rey de Babilonia serás entregado.

Then Zedekiah the king sent, and took him out: and the king asked him secretly in his house, and said, Is there any word from the LORD? And Jeremiah said, There is: for, said he, thou shalt be delivered into the hand of the king of Babylon.

then Zedekiah the king sent and had him brought out. The king asked him secretly in his house, “Is there any word from the LORD?” Jeremiah said, “There is.” He also said, “You will be delivered into the hand of the king of Babylon.”

Weiter sagte Jeremia zum König Zedekia: »Was habe ich gegen dich und gegen deine Diener und gegen unser Volk verschuldet, daß ihr mich ins Gefängnis gesetzt habt?

Dijo también Jeremías al rey Sedechîas: ¿En qué pequé contra ti, y contra tus siervos, y contra este pueblo, para que me pusieseis en la casa de la cárcel?

Moreover Jeremiah said unto king Zedekiah, What have I offended against thee, or against thy servants, or against this people, that ye have put me in prison?

Moreover Jeremiah said to King Zedekiah, “How have I sinned against you, against your servants, or against this people, that you have put me in prison?

Wo sind denn jetzt eure Propheten, die euch mit Bestimmtheit geweissagt haben, der König von Babylon werde nicht gegen euch und gegen dieses Land heranziehen?

¿Y dónde están vuestros profetas que os profetizaban, diciendo: No vendrá el rey de Babilonia contra vosotros, ni contra esta tierra?

Where are now your prophets which prophesied unto you, saying, The king of Babylon shall not come against you, nor against this land?

Now where are your prophets who prophesied to you, saying, ‘The king of Babylon will not come against you, nor against this land’?

Und nun – so höre doch, mein Herr und König, laß meine Bitte Gehör bei dir finden, laß mich nicht wieder in das Haus des Staatsschreibers Jonathan bringen, damit ich dort nicht sterben muß!«

Ahora pues, oye, te ruego, oh rey mi señor: caiga ahora mi súplica delante de ti, y no me hagas volver á casa de Jonathán escriba, porque no me muera allí.

Therefore hear now, I pray thee, O my lord the king: let my supplication, I pray thee, be accepted before thee; that thou cause me not to return to the house of Jonathan the scribe, lest I die there.

Now please hear, my lord the king: please let my supplication be presented before you, that you not cause me to return to the house of Jonathan the scribe, lest I die there.”

Da gab der König Zedekia Befehl, und man brachte Jeremia im Wachthof in Gewahrsam und gab ihm täglich einen Laib Brot aus der Bäckergasse, bis alles Brot in der Stadt aufgezehrt war. So blieb denn Jeremia im Wachthof.

Entonces dió orden el rey Sedechîas, y depositaron á Jeremías en el patio de la cárcel, haciéndole dar una torta de pan al día, de la plaza de los Panaderos, hasta que todo el pan de la ciudad se gastase. Y quedó Jeremías en el patio de la cárcel.

Then Zedekiah the king commanded that they should commit Jeremiah into the court of the prison, and that they should give him daily a piece of bread out of the bakers’ street, until all the bread in the city were spent. Thus Jeremiah remained in the court of the prison.

Then Zedekiah the king commanded, and they committed Jeremiah into the court of the guard. They gave him daily a loaf of bread out of the bakers’ street, until all the bread in the city was gone. Thus Jeremiah remained in the court of the guard.
