Jeremías 39

Als aber Jerusalem erobert war – im neunten Regierungsjahre des judäischen Königs Zedekia, im zehnten Monat, war Nebukadnezar, der König von Babylon, mit seiner ganzen Heeresmacht vor Jerusalem gerückt und hatte die Belagerung begonnen;

EN el noveno año de Sedechîas rey de Judá, en el mes décimo, vino Nabucodonosor rey de Babilonia con todo su ejército contra Jerusalem, y cercáronla.

im elften Regierungsjahre Zedekias aber, am neunten Tage des vierten Monats, wurde Bresche in die Stadtmauer gelegt –,

da kamen alle Fürsten des Königs von Babylon und ließen sich im Mitteltor nieder, nämlich †Nergal-Sarezer, der Oberkämmerer Samgar-Nebusarsekim, der Obermagier Nergal-Sarezer und alle übrigen Fürsten des Königs von Babylon.

Y entraron todos los príncipes del rey de Babilonia, y asentaron á la puerta del medio: Nergal-sarezer, Samgar-nebo, Sarsechim, y Rabsaris, Nergal-sarezer, Rabmag, y todos los demás príncipes del rey de Babilonia.

And all the princes of the king of Babylon came in, and sat in the middle gate, even Nergal-sharezer, Samgar-nebo, Sarsechim, Rab-saris, Nergal-sharezer, Rab-mag, with all the residue of the princes of the king of Babylon.

Als nun Zedekia, der König von Juda, und alle Kriegsleute das sahen, ergriffen sie die Flucht und verließen bei Nacht die Stadt auf dem Wege nach dem Königsgarten durch das Tor zwischen den beiden Mauern und zogen dann weiter der Jordan-Ebene zu.

Der König von Babylon ließ die Söhne Zedekias in Ribla vor dessen Augen schlachten, und ebenso verfuhr er mit allen vornehmen Judäern;

Then the king of Babylon slew the sons of Zedekiah in Riblah before his eyes: also the king of Babylon slew all the nobles of Judah.

Zedekia aber ließ er blenden und in Ketten legen, um ihn nach Babylon zu bringen.

Den königlichen Palast aber und die Häuser der Einwohnerschaft ließen die Chaldäer in Flammen aufgehen und rissen die Mauern Jerusalems nieder.

Den Rest des Volkes aber, sowohl die, welche in der Stadt übriggeblieben waren, als auch die Überläufer, die zu ihm übergegangen waren, und was vom Volk sonst noch am Leben war, ließ Nebusaradan, der Befehlshaber der Leibwache, nach Babylon führen;

von den geringen Leuten jedoch, die keinen Besitz hatten, ließ Nebusaradan, der Befehlshaber der Leibwache, einen Teil im Lande Juda zurück und wies ihnen an jenem Tage Weinberge und Äcker an.

»Nimm ihn, trage Sorge für ihn und tu ihm nichts zuleide, sondern verfahre mit ihm nach den Wünschen, die er gegen dich äußern wird!«

Tómale, y mira por él, y no le hagas mal ninguno; antes harás con él como él te dijere.

Take him, and look well to him, and do him no harm; but do unto him even as he shall say unto thee.

So Nebuzar-adan the captain of the guard sent, and Nebushasban, Rab-saris, and Nergal-sharezer, Rab-mag, and all the king of Babylon’s princes;

So Nebuzaradan the captain of the guard, Nebushazban, Rabsaris, and Nergal Sharezer, Rabmag, and all the chief officers of the king of Babylon

ließen Jeremia aus dem Wachthofe holen und übergaben ihn Gedalja, dem Sohne Ahikams, des Sohnes Saphans, daß er ihn frei nach Hause gehen lasse; so blieb er denn inmitten des Volkes wohnen.

Enviaron entonces, y tomaron á Jeremías del patio de la cárcel, y entregáronlo á Gedalías hijo de Ahicam, hijo de Saphán, para que lo sacase á casa: y vivió entre el pueblo.

Even they sent, and took Jeremiah out of the court of the prison, and committed him unto Gedaliah the son of Ahikam the son of Shaphan, that he should carry him home: so he dwelt among the people.

An Jeremia war aber, als er noch im Wachthofe in Haft gehalten wurde, folgendes Wort des HERRN ergangen:

Y había sido palabra de Jehová á Jeremías, estando preso en el patio de la cárcel, diciendo:

Now the word of the LORD came unto Jeremiah, while he was shut up in the court of the prison, saying,

»Gehe hin und sage zu dem Äthiopier Ebedmelech: ›So hat der HERR der Heerscharen, der Gott Israels, gesprochen: Nunmehr lasse ich meine Drohworte gegen diese Stadt in Erfüllung gehen zum Unheil, nicht zum Segen, und ihre Erfüllung wird dir an jenem Tage vor Augen treten.

Ve, y habla á Ebed-melec Etiope, diciendo: Así ha dicho Jehová de los ejércitos, Dios de Israel: He aquí traigo yo mis palabras sobre esta ciudad para mal, y no para bien; y vendrán á ser en aquel día á presencia tuya.

Go and speak to Ebed-melech the Ethiopian, saying, Thus saith the LORD of hosts, the God of Israel; Behold, I will bring my words upon this city for evil, and not for good; and they shall be accomplished in that day before thee.

Dich aber will ich an jenem Tage erretten‹ – so lautet der Ausspruch des HERRN –, ›und du sollst nicht den Männern in die Hände fallen, vor denen du in Angst bist;

Mas en aquel día yo te libraré, dice Jehová, y no serás entregado en mano de aquellos de quienes tú temes.

But I will deliver thee in that day, saith the LORD: and thou shalt not be given into the hand of the men of whom thou art afraid.

But I will deliver you in that day,” says the LORD; “and you will not be given into the hand of the men of whom you are afraid.

vielmehr will ich dich entrinnen lassen, und du sollst nicht durch das Schwert umkommen, sondern sollst dein Leben in Sicherheit bringen, weil du auf mich vertraut hast!‹« – so lautet der Ausspruch des HERRN.

Porque ciertamente te libraré, y no caerás á cuchillo, sino que tu vida te será por despojo, porque tuviste confianza en mí, dice Jehová.

For I will surely deliver thee, and thou shalt not fall by the sword, but thy life shall be for a prey unto thee: because thou hast put thy trust in me, saith the LORD.
