E, apesar de tudo, você ainda se dirige a mim, dizendo: ‘Meu Pai, o Senhor tem sido o meu amigo desde a minha mocidade,

A lo menos desde ahora, ¿no clamarás á mí, Padre mío, guiador de mi juventud?

Wilt thou not from this time cry unto me, My father, thou art the guide of my youth?

Will you not from this time cry to me, ‘My Father, you are the guide of my youth!’?
