Jeremías 3

Il est dit : Lorsqu'un homme répudie sa femme, et qu'après l'avoir quittée, elle devient la femme d'un autre, cet homme retournera-t-il encore vers elle ? Cette terre ne serait-elle pas vraiment profanée ? Et toi, tu t'es prostituée à de nombreux amants ; et tu reviendras vers moi ! — oracle de Yahweh.

DICEN: Si alguno dejare su mujer, y yéndose ésta de él se juntare á otro hombre, ¿volverá á ella más? ¿no será tal tierra del todo amancillada? Tú pues has fornicado con muchos amigos; mas vuélvete á mí, dijo Jehová.

They say, If a man put away his wife, and she go from him, and become another man’s, shall he return unto her again? shall not that land be greatly polluted? but thou hast played the harlot with many lovers; yet return again to me, saith the LORD.

“They say, ‘If a man puts away his wife, and she goes from him, and becomes another man’s, should he return to her again?’ Wouldn’t that land be greatly polluted? But you have played the prostitute with many lovers; yet return again to me,” says the LORD.

Lève les yeux vers les hauteurs et regarde : où n'as-tu pas été souillée ?... Tu t'asseyais pour eux sur les routes, pareille à l'Arabe dans le désert ! Et tu as profané le pays par tes prostitutions et par ta méchanceté ;

Alza tus ojos á los altos, y ve en qué lugar no te hayas publicado: para ellos te sentabas en los caminos, como Arabe en el desierto; y con tus fornicaciones y con tu malicia has contaminado la tierra.

Lift up thine eyes unto the high places, and see where thou hast not been lien with. In the ways hast thou sat for them, as the Arabian in the wilderness; and thou hast polluted the land with thy whoredoms and with thy wickedness.

“Lift up your eyes to the bare heights, and see! Where have you not been lain with? You have sat waiting for them by the road, as an Arabian in the wilderness. You have polluted the land with your prostitution and with your wickedness.

les ondées de l'automne ont été retenues, les pluies du printemps ont manqué. Mais tu as eu un front de courtisane, tu n'as pas voulu rougir.

Por esta causa las aguas han sido detenidas, y faltó la lluvia de la tarde; y has tenido frente de mala mujer, ni quisiste tener vergüenza.

Therefore the showers have been withholden, and there hath been no latter rain; and thou hadst a whore’s forehead, thou refusedst to be ashamed.

Et maintenant, n'est-ce pas, tu me dis : " Mon père, ô vous, l'ami de ma jeunesse ! Sera-t-il toujours irrité,

A lo menos desde ahora, ¿no clamarás á mí, Padre mío, guiador de mi juventud?

Wilt thou not from this time cry unto me, My father, thou art the guide of my youth?

Will you not from this time cry to me, ‘My Father, you are the guide of my youth!’?

gardera-t-il à jamais son courroux ? " Voilà ce que tu dis, et tu commets le crime et tu le consommes.

¿Guardará su enojo para siempre? ¿eternalmente lo guardará? He aquí que has hablado y hecho cuantas maldades pudiste.

Will he reserve his anger for ever? will he keep it to the end? Behold, thou hast spoken and done evil things as thou couldest.

“‘Will he retain his anger forever? Will he keep it to the end?’ Behold, you have spoken and have done evil things, and have had your way.”

Yahweh me dit aux jours du roi Josias : As-tu vu ce qu'à fait Israël l'infidèle ? Elle est allée sur toute montagne élevée et sous tout arbre vert, et s'y est prostituée.

Y díjome Jehová en días del rey Josías: ¿Has visto lo que ha hecho la rebelde Israel? Vase ella sobre todo monte alto y debajo de todo árbol umbroso, y allí fornica.

The LORD said also unto me in the days of Josiah the king, Hast thou seen that which backsliding Israel hath done? she is gone up upon every high mountain and under every green tree, and there hath played the harlot.

Moreover, the LORD said to me in the days of Josiah the king, “Have you seen that which backsliding Israel has done? She has gone up on every high mountain and under every green tree, and has played the prostitute there.

Et j'ai dit : Après avoir fait toutes ces choses, elle reviendra à moi ! Mais elle n'est pas revenue. Et sa sœur, Juda la perfide, a vu cela ;

Y dije después que hizo todo esto: Vuélvete á mí; mas no se volvió. Y vió la rebelde su hermana Judá,

And I said after she had done all these things, Turn thou unto me. But she returned not. And her treacherous sister Judah saw it.

I said after she had done all these things, ‘She will return to me;’ but she didn’t return, and her treacherous sister Judah saw it.

Et j'ai vu qu'à cause de tous ses adultères, j'ai répudié Israël l'infidèle, et que je lui ai donné sa lettre de divorce ; et sa sœur, Juda la perfide, n'a pas été effrayée, et elle est allée se prostituer, elle aussi.

Que yo lo había visto; que por todas estas causas en las cuales fornicó la rebelde Israel, yo la había despedido, y dádole la carta de su repudio; y no tuvo temor la rebelde Judá su hermana, sino que también fué ella y fornicó.

And I saw, when for all the causes whereby backsliding Israel committed adultery I had put her away, and given her a bill of divorce; yet her treacherous sister Judah feared not, but went and played the harlot also.

I saw when, for this very cause, that backsliding Israel had committed adultery, I had put her away and given her a certificate of divorce, yet treacherous Judah, her sister, had no fear, but she also went and played the prostitute.

Par sa bruyante impudicité, elle a profané le pays, et elle a commis l'adultère avec le bois et la pierre.

Y sucedió que por la liviandad de su fornicación la tierra fué contaminada, y adulteró con la piedra y con el leño.

And it came to pass through the lightness of her whoredom, that she defiled the land, and committed adultery with stones and with stocks.

Because she took her prostitution lightly, the land was polluted, and she committed adultery with stones and with wood.

Et avec tout cela sa sœur, Juda la perfide, n'est pas revenue à moi de tout son cœur, mais avec mensonge, — oracle de Yahweh.

Y con todo esto, la rebelde su hermana Judá no se tornó á mí de todo su corazón, sino mentirosamente, dice Jehová.

And yet for all this her treacherous sister Judah hath not turned unto me with her whole heart, but feignedly, saith the LORD.

Yet for all this her treacherous sister, Judah, has not returned to me with her whole heart, but only in pretense,” says the LORD.

Et Yahweh me dit : Israël l'infidèle s'est montrée juste, en comparaison de Juda la perfide.

Y díjome Jehová: Justificado ha su alma la rebelde Israel en comparación de la desleal Judá.

And the LORD said unto me, The backsliding Israel hath justified herself more than treacherous Judah.

The LORD said to me, “Backsliding Israel has shown herself more righteous than treacherous Judah.

Va, et crie ces paroles du côté du septentrion et dis : Reviens, infidèle Israël, — oracle de Yahweh ; Je ne veux pas vous montrer un visage sévère, car je suis miséricordieux, — oracle de Yahweh, et je ne garde pas ma colère à toujours.

Ve, y clama estas palabras hacia el aquilón, y di: Vuélvete, oh rebelde Israel, dice Jehová; no haré caer mi ira sobre vosotros: porque misericordioso soy yo, dice Jehová, no guardaré para siempre el enojo.

Go and proclaim these words toward the north, and say, Return, thou backsliding Israel, saith the LORD; and I will not cause mine anger to fall upon you: for I am merciful, saith the LORD, and I will not keep anger for ever.

Go, and proclaim these words toward the north, and say, ‘Return, you backsliding Israel,’ says the LORD; ‘I will not look in anger on you, for I am merciful,’ says the LORD. ‘I will not keep anger forever.

Seulement reconnais ta faute, car tu as été infidèle à Yahweh, ton Dieu, et tu as prodigué tes pas vers les étrangers, sous ton arbre vert, et vous n'avez pas écouté ma voix, — oracle de Yahweh.

Conoce empero tu maldad, porque contra Jehová tu Dios has prevaricado, y tus caminos has derramado á los extraños debajo de todo árbol umbroso, y no oiste mi voz, dice Jehová.

Only acknowledge thine iniquity, that thou hast transgressed against the LORD thy God, and hast scattered thy ways to the strangers under every green tree, and ye have not obeyed my voice, saith the LORD.

Revenez, fils infidèles, — oracle de Yahweh, car je suis votre maître ; et je vous prendrai, un d'une ville et deux d'une famille, et je vous amènerai dans Sion.

Convertíos, hijos rebeldes, dice Jehová, porque yo soy vuestro esposo: y os tomaré uno de una ciudad, y dos de una familia, y os introduciré en Sión;

Turn, O backsliding children, saith the LORD; for I am married unto you: and I will take you one of a city, and two of a family, and I will bring you to Zion:

“Return, backsliding children,” says the LORD, “for I am a husband to you. I will take one of you from a city, and two from a family, and I will bring you to Zion.

Et je vous donnerai des pasteurs selon mon cœur, qui vous paîtront avec intelligence et sagesse.

Y os daré pastores según mi corazón, que os apacienten de ciencia y de inteligencia.

And I will give you pastors according to mine heart, which shall feed you with knowledge and understanding.

I will give you shepherds according to my heart, who will feed you with knowledge and understanding.

Et quand vous aurez multiplié et fructifié dans le pays, en ces jours-là, — oracle de Yahweh, alors on ne dira plus : " L'arche de l'alliance de Yahweh ! " elle ne reviendra plus à la pensée, on ne s'en souviendras plus, on ne la regrettera plus, et on n'en fera plus une autre.

Y acontecerá, que cuando os multiplicareis y creciereis en la tierra, en aquellos días, dice Jehová, no se dirá más: Arca del pacto de Jehová; ni vendrá al pensamiento, ni se acordarán de ella, ni la visitarán, ni se hará más.

And it shall come to pass, when ye be multiplied and increased in the land, in those days, saith the LORD, they shall say no more, The ark of the covenant of the LORD: neither shall it come to mind: neither shall they remember it; neither shall they visit it; neither shall that be done any more.

It will come to pass, when you are multiplied and increased in the land in those days,” says the LORD, “they will no longer say, ‘the ark of the LORD’s covenant!’ It will not come to mind. They won’t remember it. They won’t miss it, nor will another be made.

En ce temps-là on appellera Jérusalem le trône de Yahweh ! et toutes les nations s'y assembleront au nom de Yahweh, dans Jérusalem, et elles ne suivront plus l'obstination de leur mauvais cœur.

En aquel tiempo llamarán á Jerusalem Trono de Jehová, y todas las gentes se congregarán á ella en el nombre de Jehová en Jerusalem: ni andarán más tras la dureza de su corazón malvado.

At that time they shall call Jerusalem the throne of the LORD; and all the nations shall be gathered unto it, to the name of the LORD, to Jerusalem: neither shall they walk any more after the imagination of their evil heart.

At that time they will call Jerusalem ‘The LORD’s Throne;’ and all the nations will be gathered to it, to the LORD’s name, to Jerusalem. They will no longer walk after the stubbornness of their evil heart.

En ces jours-là, la maison de Juda marchera avec la maison d'Israël, et elles viendront ensemble du pays du septentrion au pays que j'ai donné en héritage à vos pères.

En aquellos tiempos irán de la casa de Judá á la casa de Israel, y vendrán juntamente de tierra del aquilón á la tierra que hice heredar á vuestros padres.

In those days the house of Judah shall walk with the house of Israel, and they shall come together out of the land of the north to the land that I have given for an inheritance unto your fathers.

Et moi je disais : Comment te placerai-je parmi mes enfants ? et te donnerai-je un pays de délices, le plus beau joyau des nations pour héritage. Et j'ai dit : Tu m'appelleras " Mon père ", et tu ne cesseras pas de me suivre.

Yo empero dije: ¿Cómo te pondré por hijos, y te daré la tierra deseable, la rica heredad de los ejércitos de las gentes? Y dije: Padre mío me llamarás, y no te apartarás de en pos de mí.

But I said, How shall I put thee among the children, and give thee a pleasant land, a goodly heritage of the hosts of nations? and I said, Thou shalt call me, My father; and shalt not turn away from me.

“But I said, ‘How I desire to put you among the children, and give you a pleasant land, a goodly heritage of the armies of the nations!’ and I said, ‘You shall call me “My Father”, and shall not turn away from following me.’

Mais comme une femme trahit son amant, ainsi vous m'avez été infidèle, maison d'Israël, — oracle de Yahweh.

Mas como la esposa quiebra la fe de su compañero, así prevaricasteis contra mí, oh casa de Israel, dice Jehová.

Surely as a wife treacherously departeth from her husband, so have ye dealt treacherously with me, O house of Israel, saith the LORD.

“Surely as a wife treacherously departs from her husband, so you have dealt treacherously with me, house of Israel,” says the LORD.

Une clameur se fait entendre sur les lieux élevés, les pleurs des enfants d'Israël demandant grâce ; car ils ont perverti leur voie, oublié Yahweh leur Dieu :

Voz sobre las alturas fué oída, llanto de los ruegos de los hijos de Israel; porque han torcido su camino, de Jehová su Dios se han olvidado.

A voice was heard upon the high places, weeping and supplications of the children of Israel: for they have perverted their way, and they have forgotten the LORD their God.

— Revenez, fils infidèles, et je guérirai vos infidélités. — " Nous voici, nous venons à vous, car vous êtes Yahweh notre Dieu.

Convertíos, hijos rebeldes, sanaré vuestras rebeliones. He aquí nosotros venimos á ti; porque tú eres Jehová nuestro Dios.

Return, ye backsliding children, and I will heal your backslidings. Behold, we come unto thee; for thou art the LORD our God.

Oui, c'est en vain que retentissait sur les hauteurs, sur les montagnes le tumulte des fêtes idolâtres. Oui, c'est en Yahweh, notre Dieu, qu'est le salut d'Israël.

Ciertamente vanidad son los collados, la multitud de los montes: ciertamente en Jehová nuestro Dios está la salud de Israel.

Truly in vain is salvation hoped for from the hills, and from the multitude of mountains: truly in the LORD our God is the salvation of Israel.

Truly help from the hills, the tumult on the mountains, is in vain. Truly the salvation of Israel is in the LORD our God.

La honte des idoles a dévoré dès notre jeunesse le produit du travail de nos pères, leurs brebis et leurs bœufs, leurs fils et leurs filles.

Confusión consumió el trabajo de nuestros padres desde nuestra mocedad; sus ovejas, sus vacas, sus hijos y sus hijas.

For shame hath devoured the labour of our fathers from our youth; their flocks and their herds, their sons and their daughters.

Yacemos en nuestra confusión, y nuestra afrenta nos cubre: porque pecamos contra Jehová nuestro Dios, nosotros y nuestros padres, desde nuestra juventud y hasta este día; y no hemos escuchado la voz de Jehová nuestro Dios.

We lie down in our shame, and our confusion covereth us: for we have sinned against the LORD our God, we and our fathers, from our youth even unto this day, and have not obeyed the voice of the LORD our God.
