Jeremías 40

Dies ist das Wort, welches vom HERRN an Jeremia erging, nachdem ihn Nebusaradan, der Oberste der Leibwache, in Rama freigelassen hatte; denn da er ihn holen ließ, war er noch mit Fesseln gebunden unter all den Gefangenen Jerusalems und Judas, die nach Babel weggeführt werden sollten.

PALABRA que fué á Jeremías de Jehová, después que Nabuzaradán capitán de la guardia le envió desde Ramá, cuando le tomó estando atado con esposas entre toda la transmigración de Jerusalem y de Judá que iban cautivos á Babilonia.

The word that came to Jeremiah from the LORD, after that Nebuzar-adan the captain of the guard had let him go from Ramah, when he had taken him being bound in chains among all that were carried away captive of Jerusalem and Judah, which were carried away captive unto Babylon.

Und der Oberste der Leibwache nahm Jeremia und sprach zu ihm: Der HERR, dein Gott, hat dieses Unglück über diesen Ort vorhergesagt;

Tomó pues el capitán de la guardia á Jeremías, y díjole: Jehová tu Dios habló este mal contra este lugar;

And the captain of the guard took Jeremiah, and said unto him, The LORD thy God hath pronounced this evil upon this place.

und der HERR hat es so kommen lassen und getan, wie er gesagt; denn ihr habt an dem HERRN gesündigt und auf seine Stimme nicht gehört; darum ist es euch so ergangen.

Y halo traído y hecho Jehová según que había dicho: porque pecasteis contra Jehová, y no oísteis su voz, por eso os ha venido esto.

Now the LORD hath brought it, and done according as he hath said: because ye have sinned against the LORD, and have not obeyed his voice, therefore this thing is come upon you.

Und nun siehe, ich löse dich heute von den Fesseln, die an deinen Händen sind; gefällt es dir, mit mir gen Babel zu ziehen, so komm! Ich will Sorge für dich tragen. Gefällt es dir aber nicht, mit mir gen Babel zu ziehen, so laß es bleiben! Siehe, das ganze Land steht dir offen; wohin es dich gut und recht dünkt zu gehen, dahin gehe!

Y ahora yo te he soltado hoy de las esposas que tenías en tus manos. Si te está bien venir conmigo á Babilonia, ven, y yo miraré por ti; mas si no te está bien venir conmigo á Babilonia, déjalo: mira, toda la tierra está delante de ti; ve á donde mejor y más cómodo te pareciere ir.

And now, behold, I loose thee this day from the chains which were upon thine hand. If it seem good unto thee to come with me into Babylon, come; and I will look well unto thee: but if it seem ill unto thee to come with me into Babylon, forbear: behold, all the land is before thee: whither it seemeth good and convenient for thee to go, thither go.

Now, behold, I release you today from the chains which are on your hand. If it seems good to you to come with me into Babylon, come, and I will take care of you; but if it seems bad to you to come with me into Babylon, don’t. Behold, all the land is before you. Where it seems good and right to you to go, go there.”

Da er sich aber noch nicht entschließen konnte, †sprach er zu ihm: So kehre zurück zu Gedalja, dem Sohn Achikams, des Sohnes Saphans, welchen der babylonische König über die Städte Judas gesetzt hat, und bleibe bei ihm unter dem Volk, oder gehe, wohin es dir gefällt! Und der Oberste der Leibwache gab ihm Wegzehrung und ein Geschenk und entließ ihn.

Y aun no se había él vuelto, cuando le dijo: Vuélvete á Gedalías hijo de Ahicam, hijo de Saphán, al cual el rey de Babilonia ha puesto sobre todas las ciudades de Judá, y vive con él en medio del pueblo: ó ve á donde te pareciere más cómodo de ir. Y dióle el capitán de la guardia presentes y dones, y despidióle.

Now while he was not yet gone back, he said, Go back also to Gedaliah the son of Ahikam the son of Shaphan, whom the king of Babylon hath made governor over the cities of Judah, and dwell with him among the people: or go wheresoever it seemeth convenient unto thee to go. So the captain of the guard gave him victuals and a reward, and let him go.

Now while he had not yet gone back, “Go back then,” he said, “to Gedaliah the son of Ahikam, the son of Shaphan, whom the king of Babylon has made governor over the cities of Judah, and dwell with him among the people; or go wherever it seems right to you to go.” So the captain of the guard gave him food and a present, and let him go.

Da kam Jeremia zu Gedalja, dem Sohne Achikams, nach Mizpa und wohnte bei ihm unter dem Volk, das im Lande übriggeblieben war.

Fuése entonces Jeremías á Gedalías hijo de Ahicam, á Mizpa, y moró con él en medio del pueblo que había quedado en la tierra.

Then went Jeremiah unto Gedaliah the son of Ahikam to Mizpah; and dwelt with him among the people that were left in the land.

Then Jeremiah went to Gedaliah the son of Ahikam to Mizpah, and lived with him among the people who were left in the land.

Als nun alle Hauptleute des Heers, die sich mit ihren Männern noch auf dem Felde aufhielten, vernahmen, daß der König von Babel Gedalja, den Sohn Achikams, über das Land gesetzt und ihm die Männer, Weiber und Kinder, auch die Armen im Lande, die nicht gefangen gen Babel geführt worden waren, übergeben hatte,

Y como oyeron todos los príncipes del ejército que estaba por el campo, ellos y sus hombres, que el rey de Babilonia había puesto á Gedalías hijo de Ahicam sobre la tierra, y que le había encomendado los hombres, y las mujeres, y los niños, y los pobres de la tierra, que no fueron trasportados á Babilonia;

Now when all the captains of the forces which were in the fields, even they and their men, heard that the king of Babylon had made Gedaliah the son of Ahikam governor in the land, and had committed unto him men, and women, and children, and of the poor of the land, of them that were not carried away captive to Babylon;

kamen sie zu Gedalja gen Mizpa, nämlich Ismael, der Sohn Netanjas, Johanan und Jonatan, die Söhne Kareachs, Seraja, der Sohn Tanchumets, und die Söhne Ephais, des Netophatiters, Jesanja, der Sohn des Maachatiters, sie und ihre Leute.

Vinieron luego á Gedalías en Mizpa, es á saber, Ismael hijo de Nethanías, y Johanán y Jonathán hijos de Carea, y Seraías hijo de Tanhumeth, y los hijos de Ephi Netophatita, y Jezanías hijo de Maachâti, ellos y sus hombres.

Then they came to Gedaliah to Mizpah, even Ishmael the son of Nethaniah, and Johanan and Jonathan the sons of Kareah, and Seraiah the son of Tanhumeth, and the sons of Ephai the Netophathite, and Jezaniah the son of a Maachathite, they and their men.

then Ishmael the son of Nethaniah, and Johanan and Jonathan the sons of Kareah, and Seraiah the son of Tanhumeth, and the sons of Ephai the Netophathite, and Jezaniah the son of the Maacathite, they and their men came to Gedaliah to Mizpah.

Und Gedalja, der Sohn Achikams, des Sohnes Saphans, schwur ihnen und ihren Leuten also: Fürchtet euch nicht davor, den Chaldäern zu dienen; bleibet im Lande und dienet dem König von Babel, so wird es euch wohl ergehen!

Y juróles Gedalías hijo de Ahicam, hijo de Saphán, á ellos y á sus hombres, diciendo: No tengáis temor de servir á los Caldeos: habitad en la tierra, y servid al rey de Babilonia, y tendréis bien.

And Gedaliah the son of Ahikam the son of Shaphan sware unto them and to their men, saying, Fear not to serve the Chaldeans: dwell in the land, and serve the king of Babylon, and it shall be well with you.

Gedaliah the son of Ahikam the son of Shaphan swore to them and to their men, saying, “Don’t be afraid to serve the Chaldeans. Dwell in the land, and serve the king of Babylon, and it will be well with you.

Siehe, ich wohne zu Mizpa, um den Chaldäern zu Befehl zu stehen, die zu uns kommen werden. So erntet nun Wein, Obst und Öl und tut es in eure Gefäße und wohnet in euren Städten, die ihr innehabt!

Y he aquí que yo habito en Mizpa, para estar delante de los Caldeos que vendrán á nosotros; mas vosotros, coged el vino, y el pan, y el aceite, y ponedlo en vuestros almacenes, y quedaos en vuestras ciudades que habéis tomado.

As for me, behold, I will dwell at Mizpah to serve the Chaldeans, which will come unto us: but ye, gather ye wine, and summer fruits, and oil, and put them in your vessels, and dwell in your cities that ye have taken.

Als auch alle Juden, die in Moab und unter den Ammonitern, in Edom und allen Ländern wohnten, hörten, daß der König von Babel einen Überrest in Juda gelassen und Gedalja, den Sohn Achikams, des Sohnes Saphans, über ihn gesetzt habe,

Asimismo todos los Judíos que estaban en Moab, y entre los hijos de Ammón, y en Edom, y los que estaban en todas las tierras, cuando oyeron decir como el rey de Babilonia había dejado algunos en la Judea, y que había puesto sobre ellos á Gedalías hijo de Ahicam, hijo de Saphán,

Likewise when all the Jews that were in Moab, and among the Ammonites, and in Edom, and that were in all the countries, heard that the king of Babylon had left a remnant of Judah, and that he had set over them Gedaliah the son of Ahikam the son of Shaphan;

kehrten alle diese Juden wieder zurück von den Orten, dahin sie geflohen waren; und sie kamen ins Land Juda zu Gedalja gen Mizpa und sammelten Wein und Obst in großer Menge.

Todos estos Judíos tornaron entonces de todas las partes adonde habían sido echados, y vinieron á tierra de Judá, á Gedalías en Mizpa; y cogieron vino y muy muchos frutos.

Even all the Jews returned out of all places whither they were driven, and came to the land of Judah, to Gedaliah, unto Mizpah, and gathered wine and summer fruits very much.

Johanan aber, der Sohn Kareachs, und alle Hauptleute des Heers, die sich auf dem Felde aufhielten, kamen zu Gedalja gen Mizpa und sprachen zu ihm:

Y Johanán, hijo de Carea, y todos los príncipes de la gente de guerra que estaban en el campo, vinieron á Gedalías en Mizpa,

Weißt du auch, daß Baalis, der König der Kinder Ammon, Ismael, den Sohn Netanjas, gesandt hat, um dich totzuschlagen? Aber Gedalja, der Sohn Achikams, glaubte ihnen nicht.

Y dijéronle: ¿No sabes de cierto como Baalis, rey de los hijos de Ammón, ha enviado á Ismael hijo de Nethanías, para matarte? Mas Gedalías hijo de Ahicam no los creyó.

And said unto him, Dost thou certainly know that Baalis the king of the Ammonites hath sent Ishmael the son of Nethaniah to slay thee? But Gedaliah the son of Ahikam believed them not.

and said to him, “Do you know that Baalis the king of the children of Ammon has sent Ishmael the son of Nethaniah to take your life?” But Gedaliah the son of Ahikam didn’t believe them.

Da sprach Johanan, der Sohn Kareachs, heimlich zu Gedalja in Mizpa also: Laß mich doch hingehen, ich will Ismael, den Sohn Netanjas, erschlagen, daß es niemand erfährt! Warum sollte er dich totschlagen, so daß alle Juden, die sich zu dir versammelt haben, zerstreut werden und der Überrest von Juda umkommt?

Entonces Johanán hijo de Carea habló á Gedalías en secreto, en Mizpa, diciendo: Yo iré ahora, y heriré á Ismael hijo de Nethanías, y hombre no lo sabrá: ¿por qué te ha de matar, y todos los Judíos que se han recogido á ti se derramarán, y perecerá el resto de Judá?

Then Johanan the son of Kareah spake to Gedaliah in Mizpah secretly, saying, Let me go, I pray thee, and I will slay Ishmael the son of Nethaniah, and no man shall know it: wherefore should he slay thee, that all the Jews which are gathered unto thee should be scattered, and the remnant in Judah perish?

Then Johanan the son of Kareah spoke to Gedaliah in Mizpah secretly, saying, “Please let me go, and I will kill Ishmael the son of Nethaniah, and no man will know it. Why should he take your life, that all the Jews who are gathered to you should be scattered, and the remnant of Judah perish?”

Da sprach Gedalja, der Sohn Achikams, zu Johanan, dem Sohne Kareachs: Du sollst diesen Anschlag nicht ausführen; denn du redest Lügen über Ismael!

Pero Gedalías hijo de Ahicam dijo á Johanán hijo de Carea: No hagas esto, porque falso es lo que tú dices de Ismael.

But Gedaliah the son of Ahikam said unto Johanan the son of Kareah, Thou shalt not do this thing: for thou speakest falsely of Ishmael.

But Gedaliah the son of Ahikam said to Johanan the son of Kareah, “You shall not do this thing, for you speak falsely of Ishmael.”
