Jeremías 44

Da mesma maneira como castiguei os moradores de Jerusalém — com a guerra, a fome e a doença —, castigarei os judeus que fugiram para o Egito.

Pues visitaré á los que moran en tierra de Egipto, como visité á Jerusalem, con cuchillo, y con hambre, y con pestilencia.

For I will punish them that dwell in the land of Egypt, as I have punished Jerusalem, by the sword, by the famine, and by the pestilence:
