Alors tous les hommes qui savaient que leurs femmes offraient de l'encens à des dieux étrangers, et toutes les femmes rassemblées là, en grande assemblée, et tout le peuple qui demeurait dans le pays d'Egypte, à Pathurès, répondirent, à Jérémie en ces termes :
Entonces todos los que sabían que sus mujeres habían ofrecido sahumerios á dioses ajenos, y todas las mujeres que estaban presentes, una gran concurrencia, y todo el pueblo que habitaba en tierra de Egipto, en Pathros, respondieron á Jeremías, diciendo:
Then all the men which knew that their wives had burned incense unto other gods, and all the women that stood by, a great multitude, even all the people that dwelt in the land of Egypt, in Pathros, answered Jeremiah, saying,
