Seit der Zeit aber wir haben abgelassen, Melecheth des Himmels zu rauchern und Trankopfer zu opfern, haben wir alien Mangel gelitten und sind durch Schwert und Hunger umkommen.

Mas desde que cesamos de ofrecer sahumerios á la reina del cielo, y de derramarle libaciones, nos falta todo, y á cuchillo y á hambre somos consumidos.

But since we left off to burn incense to the queen of heaven, and to pour out drink offerings unto her, we have wanted all things, and have been consumed by the sword and by the famine.
