Jeremías 44

Et ils n'ont point écouté ; ils n'ont point prêté l'oreille en se détournant de leur méchanceté et en n'offrant plus d'encens à d'autres dieux.

Mas no oyeron ni inclinaron su oído para convertirse de su maldad, para no ofrecer sahumerios á dioses ajenos.

But they hearkened not, nor inclined their ear to turn from their wickedness, to burn no incense unto other gods.

But they didn’t listen and didn’t incline their ear. They didn’t turn from their wickedness, to stop burning incense to other gods.
