Jeremías 44

Mais ils n`ont pas écouté, ils n`ont pas prêté l`oreille pour se détourner de leur méchanceté et n`of-frir plus d`encens à d`autres dieux.

Mas no oyeron ni inclinaron su oído para convertirse de su maldad, para no ofrecer sahumerios á dioses ajenos.

But they hearkened not, nor inclined their ear to turn from their wickedness, to burn no incense unto other gods.

But they didn’t listen and didn’t incline their ear. They didn’t turn from their wickedness, to stop burning incense to other gods.
