Foi por isso que a minha ira e o meu furor arderam como fogo e destruíram as cidades de Judá e as ruas de Jerusalém. Até hoje tudo por lá continua deserto e destruído”.

Derramóse por tanto mi saña y mi furor, y encendióse en las ciudades de Judá y en las calles de Jerusalem, y tornáronse en soledad y en destrucción, como hoy.

Wherefore my fury and mine anger was poured forth, and was kindled in the cities of Judah and in the streets of Jerusalem; and they are wasted and desolate, as at this day.
