Vamos então! Avancem, soldados da cavalaria! Ataquem carros de guerra! Marchem, soldados valentes! Venham para a luta, soldados da Etiópia e da Líbia, peritos em atacar com arco e flecha, que se defendem tão bem com os escudos.

Subid, caballos, y alborotaos, carros; y salgan los valientes: los de Cus y los de Phut que toman escudo, y los de Lut que toman y entesan arco.

Come up, ye horses; and rage, ye chariots; and let the mighty men come forth; the Ethiopians and the Libyans, that handle the shield; and the Lydians, that handle and bend the bow.

Go up, you horses! Rage, you chariots! Let the mighty men go out: Cush and Put, who handle the shield; and the Ludim, who handle and bend the bow.
