Jeremías 48

Yo conozco, dice el Señor, su jactancia, a la cual no corresponde su valor, y que sus tentativas no tenían proporción con sus fuerzas.

Yo conozco, dice Jehová, su cólera; mas no tendrá efecto: sus mentiras no han de aprovecharle.

I know his wrath, saith the LORD; but it shall not be so; his lies shall not so effect it.

I know his wrath,” says the LORD, “that it is nothing; his boastings have done nothing.
