23Of Damascus: “A respeito de Damasco:” “Hamath and Arpad are confounded, “Hamate e Arpade estão envergonhadas,” for they have heard evil news. “pois ouviram más notícias.” They have melted away. “Elas se derreteram de medo.” There is sorrow on the sea. “Há angústia no mar.” It can’t be quiet. “Ele não pode se acalmar.”
