3Gime, oh Hesbón, porque Ahí ha sido destruido; clamen, oh hijas de Rabá, y ustedes vístanse de silicio; entréguense a llorar, corran por aquí y por allá entre los muros; porque Milcom será hecho prisionero junto con sus gobernantes y sus sacerdotes.

3Howl, O Heshbon, for Ai is spoiled: cry, ye daughters of Rabbah, gird you with sackcloth; lament, and run to and fro by the hedges; for their king shall go into captivity, and his priests and his princes together.
