c'est un vent plus fort que pour cela, qui vient à mes ordres ; maintenant, à mon tour, je vais prononcer leur sentence.

Viento más vehemente que estos vendrá á mí: y ahora yo hablaré juicios con ellos.

Even a full wind from those places shall come unto me: now also will I give sentence against them.

A full wind from these will come for me. Now I will also utter judgments against them.”
