ogni uomo allora diventa stupido, privo di conoscenza, ogni orafo ha vergogna delle sue immagini scolpite; perché le sue immagini fuse sono una menzogna, e non v’è soffio vitale in loro.

Todo hombre se ha infatuado y es sin ciencia: avergüénzase todo artífice de la escultura, porque mentira es su vaciadizo, que no tiene espíritu.

Every man is brutish by his knowledge; every founder is confounded by the graven image: for his molten image is falsehood, and there is no breath in them.
