44Ed io farò punizione di Bel in Babilonia, e gli trarrò dalla gola ciò ch'egli ha trangugiato; e le nazioni non accorreranno più a lui; le mura di Babilonia eziandio caderanno.

44And I will punish Bel in Babylon, and I will bring forth out of his mouth that which he hath swallowed up: and the nations shall not flow together any more unto him: yea, the wall of Babylon shall fall.

44I will execute judgment on Bel in Babylon, and I will bring out of his mouth that which he has swallowed up. The nations will not flow any more to him. Yes, the wall of Babylon will fall.
