Jeremías 51

Parce que l’Eternel s’en va détruire Babylone, et il abolira du milieu d’elle la voix magnifique, et leurs flots bruiront comme de grosses eaux, l’éclat de leur bruit retentira.

Porque Jehová destruye á Babilonia, y quitará de ella el mucho estruendo; y bramarán sus ondas, como muchas aguas será el sonido de la voz de ellos:

Because the LORD hath spoiled Babylon, and destroyed out of her the great voice; when her waves do roar like great waters, a noise of their voice is uttered:

For the LORD lays Babylon waste, and destroys out of her the great voice! Their waves roar like many waters. The noise of their voice is uttered.
