Jeremías 51

Car l'Eternel ravage Babel, il y fait taire cette vaste rumeur †qui s'élève lorsque mugissent ses vagues comme des eaux profondes, lorsque se répandent les éclats de sa voix.

Porque Jehová destruye á Babilonia, y quitará de ella el mucho estruendo; y bramarán sus ondas, como muchas aguas será el sonido de la voz de ellos:

Because the LORD hath spoiled Babylon, and destroyed out of her the great voice; when her waves do roar like great waters, a noise of their voice is uttered:

For the LORD lays Babylon waste, and destroys out of her the great voice! Their waves roar like many waters. The noise of their voice is uttered.
