L’altezza di una di queste colonne era di diciotto cubiti, e a misurarla in giro ci voleva un filo di dodici cubiti; aveva uno spessore di quattro dita, ed era vuota;

Cuanto á las columnas, la altura de la columna era de dieciocho codos, y un hilo de doce codos la rodeaba: y su grueso era de cuatro dedos, y hueca.

And concerning the pillars, the height of one pillar was eighteen cubits; and a fillet of twelve cubits did compass it; and the thickness thereof was four fingers: it was hollow.
