7los de la ciudad abrieron un boquete en el muro y por la noche huyeron todos los soldados pasando junto a la puerta que hay entre los dos muros cerca de los jardines del rey (pues la ciudad estaba sitiada por los caldeos), y veloces se escurrieron por los campos hacia el Arabá.
