Jeremías 6

And I appointed watchers over you, saying: ‘Listen for the sound of the trumpet.’ And they said: ‘We will not listen.’

Desperté también sobre vosotros atalayas, que dijesen: Escuchad á la voz de la trompeta. Y dijeron ellos: No escucharemos.

Also I set watchmen over you, saying, Hearken to the sound of the trumpet. But they said, We will not hearken.
