HUID, hijos de Benjamín, de en medio de Jerusalem, y tocad bocina en Tecoa, y alzad por señal humo sobre Beth-hacchêrem: porque del aquilón se ha visto mal, y quebrantamiento grande.
O ye children of Benjamin, gather yourselves to flee out of the midst of Jerusalem, and blow the trumpet in Tekoa, and set up a sign of fire in Beth-haccerem: for evil appeareth out of the north, and great destruction.
“Flee for safety, you children of Benjamin, out of the middle of Jerusalem! Blow the trumpet in Tekoa and raise up a signal on Beth Haccherem, for evil looks out from the north with a great destruction.

A mujer hermosa y delicada comparé á la hija de Sión.
I have likened the daughter of Zion to a comely and delicate woman.
I will cut off the beautiful and delicate one, the daughter of Zion.
Il viendra vers elle des bergers avec leurs troupeaux ; ils planteront autour d'elle leurs tentes, ils pâtureront chacun son quartier.
A ella vendrán pastores y sus rebaños; junto á ella en derredor pondrán sus tiendas; cada uno apacentará á su parte.
The shepherds with their flocks shall come unto her; they shall pitch their tents against her round about; they shall feed every one in his place.

Denunciad guerra contra ella: levantaos y subamos hacia el mediodía. ¡Ay de nosotros! que va cayendo ya el día, que las sombras de la tarde se han extendido.
Prepare ye war against her; arise, and let us go up at noon. Woe unto us! for the day goeth away, for the shadows of the evening are stretched out.

Car ainsi parle l'Eternel des armées : Abattez ses arbres, dressez des terrasses contre Jérusalem ; c'est la ville à punir ; elle est toute pleine d'injustice.
Porque así dijo Jehová de los ejércitos: Cortad árboles, y extended baluarte junto á Jerusalem: esta es la ciudad que toda ella ha de ser visitada; violencia hay en medio de ella.
For thus hath the LORD of hosts said, Hew ye down trees, and cast a mount against Jerusalem: this is the city to be visited; she is wholly oppression in the midst of her.

Comme un puits fait sourdre ses eaux, ainsi elle fait jaillir sa méchanceté. On y entend violence et ruine ; plaies et blessures y sont constamment devant ma face.
Como la fuente nunca cesa de manar sus aguas, así nunca cesa de manar su malicia; injusticia y robo se oye en ella; continuamente en mi presencia, enfermedad y herida.
As a fountain casteth out her waters, so she casteth out her wickedness: violence and spoil is heard in her; before me continually is grief and wounds.
As a well produces its waters, so she produces her wickedness. Violence and destruction is heard in her. Sickness and wounds are continually before me.
Amende-toi, Jérusalem, de peur que mon âme ne se détache de toi, que je ne te réduise en désert, en pays inhabité.

Be thou instructed, O Jerusalem, lest my soul depart from thee; lest I make thee desolate, a land not inhabited.

Ainsi parle l'Eternel des armées : On grappillera comme une vigne les restes d'Israël ; mets et remets la main, comme le vendangeur aux sarments.
Así dijo Jehová de los ejércitos: Del todo rebuscarán como á vid el resto de Israel: torna tu mano como vendimiador á los cestos.
Thus saith the LORD of hosts, They shall throughly glean the remnant of Israel as a vine: turn back thine hand as a grapegatherer into the baskets.
The LORD of Armies says, “They will thoroughly glean the remnant of Israel like a vine. Turn again your hand as a grape gatherer into the baskets.”
A qui parlerai-je, et qui sommerai-je pour qu'ils entendent ? Voici leur oreille est incirconcise, et ils ne sont pas capables de faire attention ; voici la parole de l'Eternel s'est changée pour eux en opprobre ; ils n'y prennent pas plaisir.
¿A quién tengo de hablar y amonestar, para que oigan? He aquí que sus orejas son incircuncisas, y no pueden escuchar; he aquí que la palabra de Jehová les es cosa vergonzosa, no la aman.
To whom shall I speak, and give warning, that they may hear? behold, their ear is uncircumcised, and they cannot hearken: behold, the word of the LORD is unto them a reproach; they have no delight in it.
To whom should I speak and testify, that they may hear? Behold, their ear is uncircumcised, and they can’t listen. Behold, the LORD’s word has become a reproach to them. They have no delight in it.
Mais je suis rempli de la colère de l'Eternel, je suis las de la contenir ! Verse-la tout ensemble sur l'enfant dans la rue et sur le cercle des jeunes gens ; car le mari et la femme, le vieillard et l'homme chargé de jours, tous seront pris.

Leurs maisons passeront à d'autres, leurs champs et leurs femmes tout ensemble. Car j'étendrai ma main sur les habitants du pays, dit l'Eternel.

Car, chez eux, du plus petit au plus grand, tous ne font que rapiner ; et du prophète au sacrificateur, tous pratiquent le mensonge ;
Porque desde el más chico de ellos hasta el más grande de ellos, cada uno sigue la avaricia; y desde el profeta hasta el sacerdote, todos son engañadores.
For from the least of them even unto the greatest of them every one is given to covetousness; and from the prophet even unto the priest every one dealeth falsely.

et ils traitent la plaie de la fille de mon peuple à la légère, en disant : Paix, paix ! et il n'y a point de paix.
Y curan el quebrantamiento de la hija de mi pueblo con liviandad, diciendo, Paz, paz; y no hay paz.
They have healed also the hurt of the daughter of my people slightly, saying, Peace, peace; when there is no peace.

Ils ont été confondus. Car ils ont commis l'abomination ; ils ne rougissent même plus et ne savent plus avoir honte. Aussi tomberont-ils parmi ceux qui tombent ; ils s'affaisseront au jour où je les visiterai, dit l'Eternel.
¿Hanse avergonzado de haber hecho abominación? No por cierto, no se han avergonzado, ni aun saben tener vergüenza: por tanto caerán entre los que caerán; caerán cuando los visitaré, dice Jehová.
Were they ashamed when they had committed abomination? nay, they were not at all ashamed, neither could they blush: therefore they shall fall among them that fall: at the time that I visit them they shall be cast down, saith the LORD.

Ainsi dit l'Eternel : Tenez-vous sur les routes, regardez et informez-vous des sentiers d'autrefois, quelle est la bonne voie pour y marcher et trouver du repos pour vos âmes. Mais ils ont répondu : Nous n'y marcherons pas !
Así dijo Jehová: Paraos en los caminos, y mirad, y preguntad por las sendas antiguas, cuál sea el buen camino, y andad por él, y hallaréis descanso para vuestra alma. Mas dijeron: No andaremos.

Desperté también sobre vosotros atalayas, que dijesen: Escuchad á la voz de la trompeta. Y dijeron ellos: No escucharemos.
Also I set watchmen over you, saying, Hearken to the sound of the trumpet. But they said, We will not hearken.

Hear, O earth: behold, I will bring evil upon this people, even the fruit of their thoughts, because they have not hearkened unto my words, nor to my law, but rejected it.

Que me fait cet encens venu de Séba ce roseau précieux d'un pays lointain ? Vos holocaustes ne me plaisent point ; vos sacrifices ne m'agréent point.
¿A qué viene para mí este incienso de Seba, y la buena caña olorosa de tierra lejana? Vuestros holocaustos no son á mi voluntad, ni vuestros sacrificios me dan gusto.
To what purpose cometh there to me incense from Sheba, and the sweet cane from a far country? your burnt offerings are not acceptable, nor your sacrifices sweet unto me.
To what purpose does frankincense from Sheba come to me, and the sweet cane from a far country? Your burnt offerings are not acceptable, and your sacrifices are not pleasing to me.”
C'est pourquoi l'Eternel a dit : Voici je mets devant ce peuple des achoppements ; pères et fils s'y achopperont ; l'habitant et son voisin y périront ensemble.
Por tanto Jehová dice esto: He aquí yo pongo á este pueblo tropiezos, y caerán en ellos los padres y los hijos juntamente, el vecino y su cercano perecerán.
Therefore thus saith the LORD, Behold, I will lay stumblingblocks before this people, and the fathers and the sons together shall fall upon them; the neighbour and his friend shall perish.

Ainsi parle l'Eternel : Voici, un peuple arrive de la région du nord ; une grande nation surgit des extrémités de la terre ;
Así ha dicho Jehová: He aquí que viene pueblo de tierra del aquilón, y gente grande se levantará de los cantones de la tierra.
Thus saith the LORD, Behold, a people cometh from the north country, and a great nation shall be raised from the sides of the earth.
The LORD says, “Behold, a people comes from the north country. A great nation will be stirred up from the uttermost parts of the earth.
ils manient l'arc et le javelot ; gens cruels et indomptables, leur voix gronde comme la mer ; ils sont montés sur des chevaux, rangés comme un seul homme pour la bataille contre toi, fille de Sion !
Arco y escudo arrebatarán; crueles son, que no tendrán misericordia; sonará la voz de ellos como la mar, y montarán á caballo como hombres dispuestos para la guerra, contra ti, oh hija de Sión.
They shall lay hold on bow and spear; they are cruel, and have no mercy; their voice roareth like the sea; and they ride upon horses, set in array as men for war against thee, O daughter of Zion.

Nous en avons appris la nouvelle ; nos mains ont défailli ; l'angoisse nous a saisis, les douleurs d'une femme qui enfante.
Su fama oimos, y nuestras manos se descoyuntaron; apoderóse de nosotros angustia, dolor como de mujer que pare.
We have heard the fame thereof: our hands wax feeble: anguish hath taken hold of us, and pain, as of a woman in travail.
We have heard its report. Our hands become feeble. Anguish has taken hold of us, and pains as of a woman in labor.
Ne sors point aux champs ; ne va pas sur les chemins, car le glaive de l'ennemi, la terreur est tout autour.
No salgas al campo, ni andes por camino; porque espada de enemigo y temor hay por todas partes.
Go not forth into the field, nor walk by the way; for the sword of the enemy and fear is on every side.

Fille de mon peuple, ceins le cilice, roule-toi dans la cendre, prends le deuil comme pour un fils unique, fais des lamentations amères, car en un instant le dévastateur est venu sur nous.
Hija de mi pueblo, cíñete de saco, y revuélcate en ceniza; hazte luto como por hijo único, llanto de amarguras: porque presto vendrá sobre nosotros el destruidor.
O daughter of my people, gird thee with sackcloth, and wallow thyself in ashes: make thee mourning, as for an only son, most bitter lamentation: for the spoiler shall suddenly come upon us.

je t'ai placé au milieu de mon peuple comme un essayeur, comme une muraille forte, pour que tu connaisses et éprouves leurs voies.
Por fortaleza te he puesto en mi pueblo, por torre: conocerás pues, y examinarás el camino de ellos.
I have set thee for a tower and a fortress among my people, that thou mayest know and try their way.

Ils sont tous des rebelles entre les rebelles, ils vont calomniant ; c'est du cuivre et du fer, tous des destructeurs.
Todos ellos príncipes rebeldes, andan con engaño; son cobre y hierro: todos ellos son corruptores.
They are all grievous revolters, walking with slanders: they are brass and iron; they are all corrupters.

The bellows are burned, the lead is consumed of the fire; the founder melteth in vain: for the wicked are not plucked away.

Argent de rebut ! leur dira-t-on, car l'Eternel les rejette.

Reprobate silver shall men call them, because the LORD hath rejected them.
