Jeremías 7

mais ils ne m'ont pas écouté, ils n'ont pas prêté l'oreille ; ils ont raidi leur cou, ils ont fait pis que leurs pères.

Mas no me oyeron ni inclinaron su oído; antes endurecieron su cerviz, é hicieron peor que sus padres.

Yet they hearkened not unto me, nor inclined their ear, but hardened their neck: they did worse than their fathers.

Yet they didn’t listen to me or incline their ear, but made their neck stiff. They did worse than their fathers.
