Jeremías 9

Guárdese cada uno, entre ellos, de su prójimo, y nadie se fíe de sus hermanos; porque todo hermano hará el oficio de traidor, y todo amigo procederá con fraudulencia.

Guárdese cada uno de su compañero, ni en ningún hermano tenga confianza: porque todo hermano engaña con falacia, y todo compañero anda con falsedades.

Take ye heed every one of his neighbour, and trust ye not in any brother: for every brother will utterly supplant, and every neighbour will walk with slanders.

“Everyone beware of his neighbor, and don’t trust in any brother; for every brother will utterly supplant, and every neighbor will go around like a slanderer.
