„Wahrlich, wahrlich (Amen, amen), ich sage euch: Wer nicht durch den Eingang (die Tür) in das Gehege (den Hof) der Schafe gelangt (eintritt), sondern auf anderem Wege hineinsteigt, der ist ein Dieb und ein Räuber!

DE cierto, de cierto os digo: El que no entra por la puerta en el corral de las ovejas, mas sube por otra parte, el tal es ladrón y robador.

Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that entereth not by the door into the sheepfold, but climbeth up some other way, the same is a thief and a robber.

“Most certainly, I tell you, one who doesn’t enter by the door into the sheep fold, but climbs up some other way, is a thief and a robber.

Wer aber durch das Gatter (den Eingang, die Tür) eintritt (hineinkommt), ist †der Hirte der Schafe.

Mas el que entra por la puerta, el pastor de las ovejas es.

But he that entereth in by the door is the shepherd of the sheep.

But one who enters in by the door is the shepherd of the sheep.

Diesem öffnet der Türhüter, und die Schafe hören seine Stimme, und er ruft seine eigenen Schafe beim Namen und führt sie hinaus.

A éste abre el portero, y las ovejas oyen su voz: y á sus ovejas llama por nombre, y las saca.

To him the porter openeth; and the sheep hear his voice: and he calleth his own sheep by name, and leadeth them out.

The gatekeeper opens the gate for him, and the sheep listen to his voice. He calls his own sheep by name and leads them out.

Wenn er alle seine eigenen †Schafe hinausgebracht (hinausgetrieben) hat, geht er vor ihnen her, und die Schafe folgen ihm, denn sie kennen seine Stimme.

Y como ha sacado fuera todas las propias, va delante de ellas; y las ovejas le siguen, porque conocen su voz.

And when he putteth forth his own sheep, he goeth before them, and the sheep follow him: for they know his voice.

Whenever he brings out his own sheep, he goes before them; and the sheep follow him, for they know his voice.

Doch einem anderen würden (werden) sie niemals folgen, sondern ihm davonlaufen (fliehen, weichen), denn sie kennen die Stimmen anderer †Menschen nicht.“

Mas al extraño no seguirán, antes huirán de él: porque no conocen la voz de los extraños.

And a stranger will they not follow, but will flee from him: for they know not the voice of strangers.

They will by no means follow a stranger, but will flee from him; for they don’t know the voice of strangers.”

Dieses Gleichnis (Sprachbild) erzählte ihnen Jesus, aber sie wussten nicht, was es war, über das er mit ihnen gesprochen hatte.

Esta parábola les dijo Jesús; mas ellos no entendieron qué era lo que les decía.

This parable spake Jesus unto them: but they understood not what things they were which he spake unto them.

Jesus spoke this parable to them, but they didn’t understand what he was telling them.

Darum sprach (redete, erzählte) Jesus weiter (noch einmal, erneut): „Wahrlich, wahrlich (Amen, amen), ich sage euch: {dass} Ich bin das Gatter (der Eingang, die Tür) †für die Schafe (Schafgatter).

Volvióles, pues, Jesús á decir: De cierto, de cierto os digo: Yo soy la puerta de las ovejas.

Then said Jesus unto them again, Verily, verily, I say unto you, I am the door of the sheep.

Jesus therefore said to them again, “Most certainly, I tell you, I am the sheep’s door.

Alle, die vor mir gekommen sind, sind Diebe und Räuber, aber die Schafe haben ihnen nicht zugehört.

Todos los que antes de mí vinieron, ladrones son y robadores; mas no los oyeron las ovejas.

All that ever came before me are thieves and robbers: but the sheep did not hear them.

All who came before me are thieves and robbers, but the sheep didn’t listen to them.

Ich bin das Gatter (der Eingang, die Tür): Wenn jemand durch mich eintritt, wird er gerettet werden, und er wird ein- und ausgehen und Weideland finden.

Yo soy la puerta: el que por mí entrare, será salvo; y entrará, y saldrá, y hallará pastos.

I am the door: by me if any man enter in, he shall be saved, and shall go in and out, and find pasture.

I am the door. If anyone enters in by me, he will be saved, and will go in and go out and will find pasture.

Der Dieb kommt nur, um zu stehlen, {und} zu schlachten (töten) und zu zerstören. ''Ich'' bin gekommen, damit sie Leben haben, und Überfluss (Fülle, Mehr) haben.

El ladrón no viene sino para hurtar, y matar, y destruir: yo he venido para que tengan vida, y para que la tengan en abundancia.

The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.

The thief only comes to steal, kill, and destroy. I came that they may have life, and may have it abundantly.

Ich bin der gute Hirte, der gute Hirte stellt (setzt, legt) seine Seele für die Schafe.

Yo soy el buen pastor: el buen pastor su vida da por las ovejas.

I am the good shepherd: the good shepherd giveth his life for the sheep.

“I am the good shepherd. The good shepherd lays down his life for the sheep.

Wer bezahlter Arbeiter und nicht Hirte ist, wer die Schafe nicht hat, sieht den Wolf kommen und verlässt die Schafe und flieht - und der Wolf raubt und zerstreut †sie -

Mas el asalariado, y que no es el pastor, de quien no son propias las ovejas, ve al lobo que viene, y deja las ovejas, y huye, y el lobo las arrebata, y esparce las ovejas.

But he that is an hireling, and not the shepherd, whose own the sheep are not, seeth the wolf coming, and leaveth the sheep, and fleeth: and the wolf catcheth them, and scattereth the sheep.

He who is a hired hand, and not a shepherd, who doesn’t own the sheep, sees the wolf coming, leaves the sheep, and flees. The wolf snatches the sheep and scatters them.

weil er ein bezahlter ist und sich nicht um die Schafe kümmert.

Así que, el asalariado, huye, porque es asalariado, y no tiene cuidado de las ovejas.

The hireling fleeth, because he is an hireling, and careth not for the sheep.

The hired hand flees because he is a hired hand and doesn’t care for the sheep.

Ich bin der gute Hirte; und ich kenne die Meinen, und mich kennen die Meinen,

Yo soy el buen pastor; y conozco mis ovejas, y las mías me conocen.

I am the good shepherd, and know my sheep, and am known of mine.

I am the good shepherd. I know my own, and I’m known by my own;

wie der Vater mich kennt, kenne auch ich den Vater und ich setze (stelle, lege) mein Leben für die Schafe.

Como el Padre me conoce, y yo conozco al Padre; y pongo mi vida por las ovejas.

As the Father knoweth me, even so know I the Father: and I lay down my life for the sheep.

even as the Father knows me, and I know the Father. I lay down my life for the sheep.

Und ich habe andere Schafe, die nicht von diesem Hof sind; auch diese muss ich (es ist mir nötig diese zu) bringen, und sie werden meine Stimme hören, und es wird eine Herde, ein Hirte.

También tengo otras ovejas que no son de este redil; aquéllas también me conviene traer, y oirán mi voz; y habrá un rebaño, y un pastor.

And other sheep I have, which are not of this fold: them also I must bring, and they shall hear my voice; and there shall be one fold, and one shepherd.

I have other sheep which are not of this fold. I must bring them also, and they will hear my voice. They will become one flock with one shepherd.

Deshalb liebt mich der Vater, weil ich mein Leben einsetze (hingebe), um es wieder zu nehmen.

Por eso me ama el Padre, porque yo pongo mi vida, para volverla á tomar.

Therefore doth my Father love me, because I lay down my life, that I might take it again.

Therefore the Father loves me, because I lay down my life, that I may take it again.

Keiner nimmt es von mir (weg), sondern ich setze (gebe) es von mir selbst aus ein (hin). Vollmacht (Macht) habe ich, es einzusetzen (hinzugeben), und Vollmacht (Macht) habe ich, es wieder zu nehmen. Dieses Gebot (diesen Befehl) habe ich von meinem Vater bekommen (erhalten).

Nadie me la quita, mas yo la pongo de mí mismo. Tengo poder para ponerla, y tengo poder para volverla á tomar. Este mandamiento recibí de mi Padre.

No man taketh it from me, but I lay it down of myself. I have power to lay it down, and I have power to take it again. This commandment have I received of my Father.

No one takes it away from me, but I lay it down by myself. I have power to lay it down, and I have power to take it again. I received this commandment from my Father.”

Eine Spaltung entstand wiederum unter den Juden wegen dieser Worte.

Y volvió á haber disensión entre los Judíos por estas palabras.

There was a division therefore again among the Jews for these sayings.

Therefore a division arose again among the Jews because of these words.

Es sagten aber viele von (aus) ihnen: Einen Dämon hat er (Er ist besessen) und er ist von Sinnen. Was (Warum) hört ihn an (ihm zu, auf ihn)?

Y muchos de ellos decían: Demonio tiene, y está fuera de sí; ¿para qué le oís?

And many of them said, He hath a devil, and is mad; why hear ye him?

Many of them said, “He has a demon and is insane! Why do you listen to him?”

Andere sagten: Diese Worte sind nicht †die eines (von einem Dämon) Besessenen. Kann ein Dämon etwa Augen von Blinden öffnen?

Decían otros: Estas palabras no son de endemoniado: ¿puede el demonio abrir los ojos de los ciegos?

Others said, These are not the words of him that hath a devil. Can a devil open the eyes of the blind?

Others said, “These are not the sayings of one possessed by a demon. It isn’t possible for a demon to open the eyes of the blind, is it?”

Es war (fand) damals (dann) das Fest der Tempelweihe in Jerusalem (statt). Es war Winter (winterliches Wetter)

Y se hacía la fiesta de la dedicación en Jerusalem; y era invierno;

And it was at Jerusalem the feast of the dedication, and it was winter.

It was the Feast of the Dedication at Jerusalem.

und Jesus wandelte (ging) im Tempel in der Säulenhalle Salomos (auf und ab, umher).

Y Jesús andaba en el templo por el portal de Salomón.

And Jesus walked in the temple in Solomon’s porch.

It was winter, and Jesus was walking in the temple, in Solomon’s porch.

Es umringten ihn also die Juden und sagten ihm: Bis wann hältst Du unsere Seele †hin, im Ungewissen? Wenn Du der Christus (Messias) bist, sag †es (sprich) uns offen (mit Offenheit).

Y rodeáronle los Judíos y dijéronle: ¿Hasta cuándo nos has de turbar el alma? Si tú eres el Cristo, dínoslo abiertamente.

Then came the Jews round about him, and said unto him, How long dost thou make us to doubt? If thou be the Christ, tell us plainly.

The Jews therefore came around him and said to him, “How long will you hold us in suspense? If you are the Christ, tell us plainly.”

Antwortete ihnen {der} Jesus: Ich habe †es Euch gesagt (gesprochen) und Ihr glaubt nicht. Die Werke, die ich tue (vollbringe) im Namen meines Vaters, diese geben Zeugnis (zeugen) über (für) mich.

Respondióles Jesús: Os lo he dicho, y no creéis: las obras que yo hago en nombre de mi Padre, ellas dan testimonio de mí;

Jesus answered them, I told you, and ye believed not: the works that I do in my Father’s name, they bear witness of me.

Jesus answered them, “I told you, and you don’t believe. The works that I do in my Father’s name, these testify about me.

Aber Ihr glaubt nicht, weil Ihr nicht von (aus) meinen Schafen seid (zu meinen Schafen gehört).

Mas vosotros no creéis, porque no sois de mis ovejas, como os he dicho.

But ye believe not, because ye are not of my sheep, as I said unto you.

But you don’t believe, because you are not of my sheep, as I told you.

Meine Schafe hören auf meine Stimme und ich kenne (erkenne) sie und sie folgen mir

Mis ovejas oyen mi voz, y yo las conozco, y me siguen;

My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me:

My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me.

und ich gebe (schenke) ihnen ewige Leben und sie sollen in Ewigkeit nicht zugrunde (verloren) gehen und keiner (nicht) wird (einer) sie aus meiner Hand reißen (rauben).

Y yo les doy vida eterna: y no perecerán para siempre, ni nadie las arrebatará de mi mano.

And I give unto them eternal life; and they shall never perish, neither shall any man pluck them out of my hand.

I give eternal life to them. They will never perish, and no one will snatch them out of my hand.

Was mein Vater (Mein Vater – was er) mir gegeben hat, ist größer als alles und keiner kann †es aus der Hand des Vaters reißen (rauben).

Mi Padre que me las dió, mayor que todos es: y nadie las puede arrebatar de la mano de mi Padre.

My Father, which gave them me, is greater than all; and no man is able to pluck them out of my Father’s hand.

My Father who has given them to me is greater than all. No one is able to snatch them out of my Father’s hand.

Ich und der Vater sind eins.

Yo y el Padre una cosa somos.

I and my Father are one.

I and the Father are one.”

Die Juden hoben wieder (wiederum) Steine auf, um ihn zu steinigen.

Entonces volvieron á tomar piedras los Judíos para apedrearle.

Then the Jews took up stones again to stone him.

Therefore the Jews took up stones again to stone him.

{Der} Jesus antwortete ihnen: Viele gute (schöne) Werke aus dem (vom) Vater (her) habe ich Euch gezeigt. Wegen welchem {Werk} von ihnen steinigt Ihr mich?

Respondióles Jesús: Muchas buenas obras os he mostrado de mi Padre; ¿por cuál obra de esas me apedreáis?

Jesus answered them, Many good works have I shewed you from my Father; for which of those works do ye stone me?

Jesus answered them, “I have shown you many good works from my Father. For which of those works do you stone me?”

†Es antworteten ihm die Juden: Wir steinigen Dich nicht wegen eines guten (schönen) Werks, sondern wegen (einer) Gotteslästerung (Lästerung), und weil Du, obwohl (der) Du ein Mensch bist, Dich selbst Gott machst.

Respondiéronle los Judíos, diciendo: Por buena obra no te apedreamos, sino por la blasfemia; y porque tú, siendo hombre, te haces Dios.

The Jews answered him, saying, For a good work we stone thee not; but for blasphemy; and because that thou, being a man, makest thyself God.

The Jews answered him, “We don’t stone you for a good work, but for blasphemy, because you, being a man, make yourself God.”

Antwortete ihnen Jesus: Steht (ist) nicht geschrieben in Eurem Gesetz: {Daß} Ich habe gesagt: Götter seid Ihr?

Respondióles Jesús: ¿No está escrito en vuestra ley: Yo dije, Dioses sois?

Jesus answered them, Is it not written in your law, I said, Ye are gods?

Jesus answered them, “Isn’t it written in your law, ‘I said, you are gods’?

Wenn er (es) diejenigen Götter nannte, an die das Wort Gottes erging, und die Schrift nicht aufgelöst (gelöst) werden kann,

Si dijo, dioses, á aquellos á los cuales fué hecha palabra de Dios (y la Escritura no puede ser quebrantada);

If he called them gods, unto whom the word of God came, and the scripture cannot be broken;

If he called them gods, to whom the word of God came (and the Scripture can’t be broken),

†weshalb sagt Ihr †dann von mir (dem), den der Vater geheiligt hat und in die Welt gesandt hat: {Dass} Du lästerst (Gott), weil ich gesagt habe: Sohn Gottes bin ich?

¿A quien el Padre santificó y envió al mundo, vosotros decís: Tú blasfemas, porque dije: Hijo de Dios soy?

Say ye of him, whom the Father hath sanctified, and sent into the world, Thou blasphemest; because I said, I am the Son of God?

do you say of him whom the Father sanctified and sent into the world, ‘You blaspheme,’ because I said, ‘I am the Son of God’?

Wenn ich die Werke meines Vaters nicht tue (verwirkliche, vollbringe), glaubt mir nicht!

Si no hago obras de mi Padre, no me creáis.

If I do not the works of my Father, believe me not.

If I don’t do the works of my Father, don’t believe me.

Wenn ich †sie aber tue (verwirkliche, vollbringe), und Ihr mir nicht glaubt, glaubt †(doch, wenigstens) den Werken, damit ihr erkennt und wißt, dass in mir der Vater †ist und ich im Vater †bin.

Mas si las hago, aunque á mí no creáis, creed á las obras; para que conozcáis y creáis que el Padre está en mí, y yo en el Padre.

But if I do, though ye believe not me, believe the works: that ye may know, and believe, that the Father is in me, and I in him.

But if I do them, though you don’t believe me, believe the works, that you may know and believe that the Father is in me, and I in the Father.”

Sie versuchten (suchten) wieder (wiederum) ihn zu ergreifen (gefangen zu nehmen), und er ging aus (entzog sich) ihrer Hand heraus.

Y procuraban otra vez prenderle; mas él se salió de sus manos;

Therefore they sought again to take him: but he escaped out of their hand,

They sought again to seize him, and he went out of their hand.

Und er ging wieder (wiederum) fort auf die andere Seite des Jordan, an den Ort, wo Johannes zuerst getauft hatte (taufen war) und er blieb (verweilte) dort.

Y volvióse tras el Jordán, á aquel lugar donde primero había estado bautizando Juan; y estúvose allí.

And went away again beyond Jordan into the place where John at first baptized; and there he abode.

He went away again beyond the Jordan into the place where John was baptizing at first, and he stayed there.

Und viele kamen zu ihm und sagten: †Daß Johannes hat zwar keine Zeichen getan (gewirkt), alles (alle Dinge) aber, was (die) Johannes gesagt hat über diesen, war (waren) wahr.

Y muchos venían á él, y decían: Juan, á la verdad, ninguna señal hizo; mas todo lo que Juan dijo de éste, era verdad.

And many resorted unto him, and said, John did no miracle: but all things that John spake of this man were true.

Many came to him. They said, “John indeed did no sign, but everything that John said about this man is true.”

Und viele glaubten (kamen zum Glauben) an ihn dort. “

Y muchos creyeron allí en él.

And many believed on him there.

Many believed in him there.
