Je suis issu du Père, et je suis venu au monde ; et encore, je laisse le monde, et je m’en vais au Père.

Salí del Padre, y he venido al mundo: otra vez dejo el mundo, y voy al Padre.

I came forth from the Father, and am come into the world: again, I leave the world, and go to the Father.

I came from the Father and have come into the world. Again, I leave the world and go to the Father.”
