Tua palavra lhes dei, e o mundo os odiou, porque não são do mundo, assim como eu não sou do mundo.

Yo les he dado tu palabra; y el mundo los aborreció, porque no son del mundo, como tampoco yo soy del mundo.

I have given them thy word; and the world hath hated them, because they are not of the world, even as I am not of the world.

I have given them your word. The world hated them because they are not of the world, even as I am not of the world.
