Fue Caifás quien les dijo a los judíos que a ellos les interesaba que un hombre muriera por el pueblo.

Y era Caifás el que había dado el consejo á los Judíos, que era necesario que un hombre muriese por el pueblo.

Now Caiaphas was he, which gave counsel to the Jews, that it was expedient that one man should die for the people.

Now it was Caiaphas who advised the Jews that it was expedient that one man should perish for the people.
