Jesus spricht zu ihnen: Füllet die Wasserkrüge mit Wasser. Und sie fülleten sie bis obenan.

Y AL tercer día hiciéronse unas bodas en Caná de Galilea; y estaba allí la madre de Jesús.

And the third day there was a marriage in Cana of Galilee; and the mother of Jesus was there:

The third day, there was a wedding in Cana of Galilee. Jesus’ mother was there.

Und er spricht zu ihnen: Schöpfet nun und bringet's dem Speisemeister. Und sie brachten's.

Y fué también llamado Jesús y sus discípulos á las bodas.

And both Jesus was called, and his disciples, to the marriage.

Jesus also was invited, with his disciples, to the wedding.

Als aber der Speisemeister kostete den Wein, der Wasser gewesen war, und wußte nicht, von wannen er kam (die Diener aber wußten's, die das Wasser geschöpft hatten), rufet der Speisemeister den Bräutigam

Y faltando el vino, la madre de Jesús le dijo: Vino no tienen.

And when they wanted wine, the mother of Jesus saith unto him, They have no wine.

When the wine ran out, Jesus’ mother said to him, “They have no wine.”

und spricht zu ihm: Jedermann gibt zum ersten guten Wein, und wenn sie trunken worden sind, alsdann den geringern; du hast den guten Wein bisher behalten.

Y dícele Jesús: ¿Qué tengo yo contigo, mujer? aun no ha venido mi hora.

Jesus saith unto her, Woman, what have I to do with thee? mine hour is not yet come.

Jesus said to her, “Woman, what does that have to do with you and me? My hour has not yet come.”

Das ist das erste Zeichen, das Jesus tat, geschehen zu Kana in Galiläa und offenbarte seine HERRLIchkeit. Und seine Jünger glaubten an ihn.

Su madre dice á los que servían: Haced todo lo que os dijere.

His mother saith unto the servants, Whatsoever he saith unto you, do it.

His mother said to the servants, “Whatever he says to you, do it.”

Danach zog er hinab gen Kapernaum, er, seine Mutter, seine Brüder und seine Jünger, und blieben nicht lange daselbst.

Y estaban allí seis tinajuelas de piedra para agua, conforme á la purificación de los Judíos, que cabían en cada una dos ó tres cántaros.

And there were set there six waterpots of stone, after the manner of the purifying of the Jews, containing two or three firkins apiece.

Now there were six water pots of stone set there after the Jews’ way of purifying, containing two or three metretes apiece.

Und der Juden Ostern war nahe. Und Jesus zog hinauf gen Jerusalem

Díceles Jesús: Henchid estas tinajuelas de agua. E hinchiéronlas hasta arriba.

Jesus saith unto them, Fill the waterpots with water. And they filled them up to the brim.

Jesus said to them, “Fill the water pots with water.” So they filled them up to the brim.

und fand im Tempel sitzen, die da Ochsen, Schafe und Tauben feil hatten, und die Wechsler.

Y díceles: Sacad ahora, y presentad al maestresala. Y presentáronle.

And he saith unto them, Draw out now, and bear unto the governor of the feast. And they bare it.

He said to them, “Now draw some out, and take it to the ruler of the feast.” So they took it.

Und er machte eine Geißel aus Stricken und trieb sie alle zum Tempel hinaus samt den Schafen und Ochsen und verschüttete den Wechslern das Geld und stieß die Tische um.

Y como el maestresala gustó el agua hecha vino, que no sabía de dónde era (mas lo sabían los sirvientes que habían sacado el agua), el maestresala llama al esposo,

When the ruler of the feast had tasted the water that was made wine, and knew not whence it was: (but the servants which drew the water knew;) the governor of the feast called the bridegroom,

When the ruler of the feast tasted the water now become wine, and didn’t know where it came from (but the servants who had drawn the water knew), the ruler of the feast called the bridegroom

Und sprach zu denen, die die Tauben feil hatten: Traget das von dannen und machet nicht meines Vaters Haus zum Kaufhause!

Y dícele: Todo hombre pone primero el buen vino, y cuando están satisfechos, entonces lo que es peor; mas tú has guardado el buen vino hasta ahora.

And saith unto him, Every man at the beginning doth set forth good wine; and when men have well drunk, then that which is worse: but thou hast kept the good wine until now.

and said to him, “Everyone serves the good wine first, and when the guests have drunk freely, then that which is worse. You have kept the good wine until now!”

Seine Jünger aber gedachten daran, daß geschrieben stehet: Der Eifer um dein Haus hat mich gefressen.

Este principio de señales hizo Jesús en Caná de Galilea, y manifestó su gloria; y sus discípulos creyeron en él.

This beginning of miracles did Jesus in Cana of Galilee, and manifested forth his glory; and his disciples believed on him.

This beginning of his signs Jesus did in Cana of Galilee, and revealed his glory; and his disciples believed in him.

Da antworteten nun die Juden und sprachen zu ihm: Was zeigst du uns für ein Zeichen, daß du solches tun mögest?

Después de esto descendió á Capernaum, él, y su madre, y hermanos, y discípulos; y estuvieron allí no muchos días.

After this he went down to Capernaum, he, and his mother, and his brethren, and his disciples: and they continued there not many days.

Jesus antwortete und sprach zu ihnen: Brechet diesen Tempel, und am dritten Tage will ich ihn aufrichten.

Y estaba cerca la Pascua de los Judíos; y subió Jesús á Jerusalem.

And the Jews’ passover was at hand, and Jesus went up to Jerusalem,

The Passover of the Jews was at hand, and Jesus went up to Jerusalem.

Da sprachen die Juden: Dieser Tempel ist in sechsundvierzig Jahren erbauet, und du willst ihn in dreien Tagen aufrichten?

Y halló en el templo á los que vendían bueyes, y ovejas, y palomas, y á los cambiadores sentados.

And found in the temple those that sold oxen and sheep and doves, and the changers of money sitting:

He found in the temple those who sold oxen, sheep, and doves, and the changers of money sitting.

Er aber redete von dem Tempel seines Leibes.

Y hecho un azote de cuerdas, echólos á todos del templo, y las ovejas, y los bueyes; y derramó los dineros de los cambiadores, y trastornó las mesas;

And when he had made a scourge of small cords, he drove them all out of the temple, and the sheep, and the oxen; and poured out the changers’ money, and overthrew the tables;

Da er nun auferstanden war von den Toten, gedachten seine Jünger daran, daß er dies gesagt hatte, und glaubten der Schrift und der Rede, die Jesus gesagt hatte.

Y á los que vendían las palomas, dijo: Quitad de aquí esto, y no hagáis la casa de mi Padre casa de mercado.

And said unto them that sold doves, Take these things hence; make not my Father’s house an house of merchandise.

To those who sold the doves, he said, “Take these things out of here! Don’t make my Father’s house a marketplace!”

Als er aber zu Jerusalem war in den Ostern auf dem Fest, glaubten viele an seinen Namen, da sie die Zeichen sahen, die er tat.

Entonces se acordaron sus discípulos que está escrito: El celo de tu casa me comió.

And his disciples remembered that it was written, The zeal of thine house hath eaten me up.

His disciples remembered that it was written, “Zeal for your house will eat me up.”

Aber Jesus vertrauete sich ihnen nicht; denn er kannte sie alle

Y los Judíos respondieron, y dijéronle: ¿Qué señal nos muestras de que haces esto?

Then answered the Jews and said unto him, What sign shewest thou unto us, seeing that thou doest these things?

The Jews therefore answered him, “What sign do you show us, seeing that you do these things?”

und bedurfte nicht, daß jemand Zeugnis gäbe von einem Menschen; denn er wußte wohl, was im Menschen war.

Respondió Jesús, y díjoles: Destruid este templo, y en tres días lo levantaré.

Jesus answered and said unto them, Destroy this temple, and in three days I will raise it up.

Jesus answered them, “Destroy this temple, and in three days I will raise it up.”

Es war aber ein Mensch unter den Pharisäern mit Namen Nikodemus, ein Oberster unter den Juden.

Dijeron luego los Judíos: En cuarenta y seis años fué este templo edificado, ¿y tú en tres días lo levantarás?

Then said the Jews, Forty and six years was this temple in building, and wilt thou rear it up in three days?

The Jews therefore said, “It took forty-six years to build this temple! Will you raise it up in three days?”

Der kam zu Jesu bei der Nacht und sprach zu ihm: Meister, wir wissen, daß du bist ein Lehrer, von Gott kommen; denn niemand kann die Zeichen tun, die du tust, es sei denn Gott mit ihm.

Mas él hablaba del templo de su cuerpo.

But he spake of the temple of his body.

Jesus antwortete und sprach zu ihm: Wahrlich, wahrlich, ich sage dir: Es sei denn, daß jemand von neuem geboren werde, kann er das Reich Gottes nicht sehen.

Por tanto, cuando resucitó de los muertos, sus discípulos se acordaron que había dicho esto; y creyeron á la Escritura, y á la palabra que Jesús había dicho.

When therefore he was risen from the dead, his disciples remembered that he had said this unto them; and they believed the scripture, and the word which Jesus had said.

Nikodemus spricht zu ihm: Wie kann ein Mensch geboren werden, wenn er alt ist? Kann er auch wiederum in seiner Mutter Leib gehen und geboren werden?

Y estando en Jerusalem en la Pascua, en el día de la fiesta, muchos creyeron en su nombre, viendo las señales que hacía.

Now when he was in Jerusalem at the passover, in the feast day, many believed in his name, when they saw the miracles which he did.

Jesus antwortete: Wahrlich, wahrlich, ich sage dir: Es sei denn, daß jemand geboren werde aus dem Wasser und Geist, so kann er nicht in das Reich Gottes kommen.

Mas el mismo Jesús no se confiaba á sí mismo de ellos, porque él conocía á todos,

But Jesus did not commit himself unto them, because he knew all men,

But Jesus didn’t entrust himself to them, because he knew everyone,

Was vom Fleisch geboren wird, das ist Fleisch, und was vom Geist geboren wird, das ist Geist.

Y no tenía necesidad que alguien le diese testimonio del hombre; porque él sabía lo que había en el hombre.

And needed not that any should testify of man: for he knew what was in man.

and because he didn’t need for anyone to testify concerning man; for he himself knew what was in man.
