Und am dritten Tag fand eine Hochzeit in (zu) Kana in Galiläa (im galiläischen Kana) statt, und die Mutter Jesu war dort.

Y AL tercer día hiciéronse unas bodas en Caná de Galilea; y estaba allí la madre de Jesús.

And the third day there was a marriage in Cana of Galilee; and the mother of Jesus was there:

The third day, there was a wedding in Cana of Galilee. Jesus’ mother was there.

Aber auch (sowohl) {der} Jesus und (als auch) seine Jünger waren zur Hochzeit eingeladen (gerufen).

Y fué también llamado Jesús y sus discípulos á las bodas.

And both Jesus was called, and his disciples, to the marriage.

Jesus also was invited, with his disciples, to the wedding.

Und als der Wein ausgegangen war, sagt die Mutter Jesu zu ihm: „Sie haben keinen Wein.“

Y faltando el vino, la madre de Jesús le dijo: Vino no tienen.

And when they wanted wine, the mother of Jesus saith unto him, They have no wine.

When the wine ran out, Jesus’ mother said to him, “They have no wine.”

Und {der} Jesus sagt ihr: „Welche besondere Beziehung gibt es zwischen Dir und mir, Frau †, daß Du damit zu mir kommst? Meine Stunde ist noch nicht gekommen.“

Y dícele Jesús: ¿Qué tengo yo contigo, mujer? aun no ha venido mi hora.

Jesus saith unto her, Woman, what have I to do with thee? mine hour is not yet come.

Jesus said to her, “Woman, what does that have to do with you and me? My hour has not yet come.”

Seine Mutter sagt den Dienern: „Was immer er Euch sagt, †das tut.“

Su madre dice á los que servían: Haced todo lo que os dijere.

His mother saith unto the servants, Whatsoever he saith unto you, do it.

His mother said to the servants, “Whatever he says to you, do it.”

Es standen (lagerten) aber dort – zum Zweck der (zur) Reinigung (für das Reinigungsritual) †(entsprechend dem Brauch) der Juden – sechs steinerne Wasserkrüge, die jeder zwei oder drei Maß fassten.

Y estaban allí seis tinajuelas de piedra para agua, conforme á la purificación de los Judíos, que cabían en cada una dos ó tres cántaros.

And there were set there six waterpots of stone, after the manner of the purifying of the Jews, containing two or three firkins apiece.

Now there were six water pots of stone set there after the Jews’ way of purifying, containing two or three metretes apiece.

Jesus sagt ihnen: „Füllt die Wasserkrüge mit Wasser.“ Und sie füllten sie bis oben †an.

Díceles Jesús: Henchid estas tinajuelas de agua. E hinchiéronlas hasta arriba.

Jesus saith unto them, Fill the waterpots with water. And they filled them up to the brim.

Jesus said to them, “Fill the water pots with water.” So they filled them up to the brim.

Und er sagt ihnen: „Schöpft jetzt und bringt †das Geschöpfte dem Tafelmeister (Verantwortlichen für das Festmahl, Vorsitzenden der Festtafel).“ Die aber brachten †es ihm.

Y díceles: Sacad ahora, y presentad al maestresala. Y presentáronle.

And he saith unto them, Draw out now, and bear unto the governor of the feast. And they bare it.

He said to them, “Now draw some out, and take it to the ruler of the feast.” So they took it.

Wie aber der Tafelmeister (Verantwortliche für das Festmahl, Vorsitzende der Festtafel) das Wasser, das Wein geworden war, kostete, und nicht wußte, woher es war (ist) – die Diener aber, die das Wasser geschöpft hatten, wußten †es – ruft der Tafelmeister (Verantwortliche für das Festmahl, Vorsitzende der Festtafel) den Bräutigam

Y como el maestresala gustó el agua hecha vino, que no sabía de dónde era (mas lo sabían los sirvientes que habían sacado el agua), el maestresala llama al esposo,

When the ruler of the feast had tasted the water that was made wine, and knew not whence it was: (but the servants which drew the water knew;) the governor of the feast called the bridegroom,

When the ruler of the feast tasted the water now become wine, and didn’t know where it came from (but the servants who had drawn the water knew), the ruler of the feast called the bridegroom

und sagt ihm: „Jeder Mensch serviert zuerst den guten Wein, und wenn sie (die Gäste) betrunken sind, den schlechteren. Du aber hast den guten Wein bis jetzt zurückgehalten (aufbewahrt).“

Y dícele: Todo hombre pone primero el buen vino, y cuando están satisfechos, entonces lo que es peor; mas tú has guardado el buen vino hasta ahora.

And saith unto him, Every man at the beginning doth set forth good wine; and when men have well drunk, then that which is worse: but thou hast kept the good wine until now.

and said to him, “Everyone serves the good wine first, and when the guests have drunk freely, then that which is worse. You have kept the good wine until now!”

Diesen Anfang der Zeichen machte (setzte) {der} Jesus in (zu) Kana in Galiläa (im galiläischen Kana) und er offenbarte seine Herrlichkeit und seine Jünger glaubten an ihn.

Este principio de señales hizo Jesús en Caná de Galilea, y manifestó su gloria; y sus discípulos creyeron en él.

This beginning of miracles did Jesus in Cana of Galilee, and manifested forth his glory; and his disciples believed on him.

This beginning of his signs Jesus did in Cana of Galilee, and revealed his glory; and his disciples believed in him.

Danach ging er nach Kafarnaum hinab, und †auch seine Mutter und seine Brüder und Jünger, und dort blieben sie einige wenige Tage.

Después de esto descendió á Capernaum, él, y su madre, y hermanos, y discípulos; y estuvieron allí no muchos días.

After this he went down to Capernaum, he, and his mother, and his brethren, and his disciples: and they continued there not many days.

Und das Pascha (Paschafest) der Juden war nahe, und Jesus ging nach Jerusalen hinauf.

Y estaba cerca la Pascua de los Judíos; y subió Jesús á Jerusalem.

And the Jews’ passover was at hand, and Jesus went up to Jerusalem,

Und er fand im Tempel die Verkäufer von Rindern und Schafen und Tauben und die Geldwechsler dasitzen.

Y halló en el templo á los que vendían bueyes, y ovejas, y palomas, y á los cambiadores sentados.

And found in the temple those that sold oxen and sheep and doves, and the changers of money sitting:

He found in the temple those who sold oxen, sheep, and doves, and the changers of money sitting.

Und er machte eine Peitsche aus Stricken und warf alle aus dem Tempel heraus, und auch (ebenso) (sowohl) die Schafe und (wie) die Rinder, und das Wechselgeld der Geldwechsler schüttete er aus (auf den Boden) und die Tische warf er um.

Y hecho un azote de cuerdas, echólos á todos del templo, y las ovejas, y los bueyes; y derramó los dineros de los cambiadores, y trastornó las mesas;

And when he had made a scourge of small cords, he drove them all out of the temple, and the sheep, and the oxen; and poured out the changers’ money, and overthrew the tables;

He made a whip of cords and drove all out of the temple, both the sheep and the oxen; and he poured out the changers’ money and overthrew their tables.

Und denen, die die Tauben verkauften, sagte er: „Tragt (bringt) diese Dinge von hier weg, macht das Haus meines Vater nicht zu einem Kaufhaus (Haus eines Handelsplatzes).“

Y á los que vendían las palomas, dijo: Quitad de aquí esto, y no hagáis la casa de mi Padre casa de mercado.

And said unto them that sold doves, Take these things hence; make not my Father’s house an house of merchandise.

To those who sold the doves, he said, “Take these things out of here! Don’t make my Father’s house a marketplace!”

Seine Jünger erinnerten sich, daß geschrieben ist (steht): „Der Eifer für Dein Haus wird mich verzehren.“

Entonces se acordaron sus discípulos que está escrito: El celo de tu casa me comió.

And his disciples remembered that it was written, The zeal of thine house hath eaten me up.

His disciples remembered that it was written, “Zeal for your house will eat me up.”

Die Juden also antworteten und sagten ihm: „Welches Zeichen zeigst Du uns, da Du solche Dinge tust (das bestätigt, daß Du berechtigt bist, solche Dinge zu tun)?“

Y los Judíos respondieron, y dijéronle: ¿Qué señal nos muestras de que haces esto?

Then answered the Jews and said unto him, What sign shewest thou unto us, seeing that thou doest these things?

The Jews therefore answered him, “What sign do you show us, seeing that you do these things?”

Jesus antwortete und sagte ihnen: „Zerstört (löst) diesen Tempel und in drei Tagen werde ich ihn (wieder) aufrichten.“

Respondió Jesús, y díjoles: Destruid este templo, y en tres días lo levantaré.

Jesus answered and said unto them, Destroy this temple, and in three days I will raise it up.

Jesus answered them, “Destroy this temple, and in three days I will raise it up.”

Sagten also die Juden: „†In sechsundvierzig Jahren wurde dieser Tempel erbaut, und Du wirst (willst) ihn in drei Tagen aufrichten (wiederaufrichten, wiedererrichten)?“

Dijeron luego los Judíos: En cuarenta y seis años fué este templo edificado, ¿y tú en tres días lo levantarás?

Then said the Jews, Forty and six years was this temple in building, and wilt thou rear it up in three days?

The Jews therefore said, “It took forty-six years to build this temple! Will you raise it up in three days?”

Jener aber sprach über den Tempel seines Körpers.

Mas él hablaba del templo de su cuerpo.

But he spake of the temple of his body.

But he spoke of the temple of his body.

Als er also von (aus) den Toten auferweckt worden (erstanden, auferstanden) war, erinnerten sich seine Jünger, daß er dieses gesagt hatte, und sie glaubten der Schrift und dem Wort, das Jesus gesagt hatte.

Por tanto, cuando resucitó de los muertos, sus discípulos se acordaron que había dicho esto; y creyeron á la Escritura, y á la palabra que Jesús había dicho.

When therefore he was risen from the dead, his disciples remembered that he had said this unto them; and they believed the scripture, and the word which Jesus had said.

Als er aber in Jerusalem während des Paschas (Paschafestes), während des Festes war, kamen viele zum Glauben (glaubten viele) an seinen Namen, da sie die Zeichen sahen, die er tat.

Y estando en Jerusalem en la Pascua, en el día de la fiesta, muchos creyeron en su nombre, viendo las señales que hacía.

Now when he was in Jerusalem at the passover, in the feast day, many believed in his name, when they saw the miracles which he did.

Now when he was in Jerusalem at the Passover, during the feast, many believed in his name, observing his signs which he did.

Jesus selbst aber vertraute sich ihnen nicht an, da er alle kannte

Mas el mismo Jesús no se confiaba á sí mismo de ellos, porque él conocía á todos,

But Jesus did not commit himself unto them, because he knew all men,

But Jesus didn’t entrust himself to them, because he knew everyone,

und weil er es nicht nötig hatte, daß einer Zeugnis gebe über den Menschen, selbst nämlich wußte (erkannte) er, was in dem Menschen war.

Y no tenía necesidad que alguien le diese testimonio del hombre; porque él sabía lo que había en el hombre.

And needed not that any should testify of man: for he knew what was in man.

and because he didn’t need for anyone to testify concerning man; for he himself knew what was in man.
