Der Mann gab ihnen zur Antwort: »Darin liegt eben das Verwunderliche, daß ihr nicht wißt, woher er stammt, und mir hat er doch die Augen aufgetan.

Respondió aquel hombre, y díjoles: Por cierto, maravillosa cosa es ésta, que vosotros no sabéis de dónde sea, y á mí me abrió los ojos.

The man answered and said unto them, Why herein is a marvellous thing, that ye know not from whence he is, and yet he hath opened mine eyes.

The man answered them, “How amazing! You don’t know where he comes from, yet he opened my eyes.
