Il change le cœur des chefs des peuples ; il les fait errer en des chemins qu'ils ne connaissaient pas,

El quita el seso de las cabezas del pueblo de la tierra, y háceles que se pierdan vagueando sin camino:

He taketh away the heart of the chief of the people of the earth, and causeth them to wander in a wilderness where there is no way.
